I t is a second floor. 45 min away from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport. 5 min away driving to Puerto Nuevo Beach Vega Baja, one of the best beach of the Island. 10 min to Ojo de Agua, Charco Azul and Laguna Tortuguero. Has many restaurants around. Vega Baja has Uber and Uber eat services, however my recommendation is to rent a car. The property has solar system. Important note: No central AC, just AC in the bedrooms, Fan in the livingroom. House isn't in front of the sea.

The location of theplace and price was worth it. If I can suggest anything maybe bring extra blanket(s) or anything that can help whomever rents it a little more comfortable to sleep. The house was a beautiful blend of a tradition Puerto Rican home with updated amenities. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, but this home would be great for a small family. Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable, they even had board games and beach items. Quiet neighbors. Fell asleep to the sound of nature, coquis, and woke up to roosters. I felt at home. We would love to return with our family and stay again. The host was very clear with instructions. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
