Affordable 2bed 2 Full bath Villa in the heart of Sosúa in the safe and well managed gated Hispaniola Residencial community. I bought this home and renovated it to my liking. Walking distance to the main strip, beach, shopping and more. Car available for rent and a golf cart. Restaurant, playground, basketball court and tennis court within the community. The villa has a pool and jacuzzi with an option to heat both. The villa has night lighting to set the mood in the garden and has smart TVs.

Over 4000 sq. ft. 65in TV in living room , outside bar 65 in tv , Barbecue brand new , board game floaties for the pool ! I did this place first class please enjoy it like I do , no smoking inside we like to keep the place smelling good by all means smoke outside with a nice cold beer enjoying the pool watching sports on the outside bar , enjoy life! Just installed Hue lighting Sonos throughout the house and pool area. have a huge blue tooth speaker and a wine chiller !

The lofts are all around the big spacious pool and at the same time private, each loft has its own private patio with sitting and eating area. There is outside lounge area and BBQ. There is plenty of parking right outside and the whole ProCab are is very safe and secure.

We had a great stay at this home! Spent a week there with my family, including kids. The house was clean, comfortable, and the beds were really cozy. We felt safe the whole time. Isidro was always available and had a great attitude. Would definitely stay again!

Vadym's place was a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing for 16 of us family members to gather together and make the most wonderful memories. Each family group had their own space inside a cozy, comfy room/apartment and at their leisure, join the rest of the family around the pool or in the cozy restaurant/bar area. Every morning we'd slowly gather for coffee & breakfast and then move to the pool area to soak up the morning sun rays before heading out for shopping and/or the beach. Each evening we'd gather again for dinner, a dip in the pool and then games, quiet music and dancing in the bar/restaurant area. Vadym's place is truly a special and magical space for family to come together, bond and make lasting memories. We added the cooks and driver to our experience and it was so worth it because we had plentiful, exceptionally delicious food and worry-free transportation around the area. We all left talking about our next trip & feeling very relaxed. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Such a wonderful person to chat with, everything was as described and more, she even provided us with the BBQ Girls when I requested it.... Never got to meet here in person (didn't need to) but she was very helpful and on her toes with any concerned I had (which were minor to say the least).... The villa is wonderful and great for groups, the staff are super friendly and super attentive..... The maid was nice (you might want to tip a heavy one to get breakfast cooked by her) but other than that she made the place spotless everyday.... The manager of the property came very day to check on us and was very happy and welcoming ( my friends and I called him happy feet lol).... The restaurant at the property near by was on point ,,,,try their steak, one of my top 5 steaks I had in my life (I am a steak lover).... Security were present with guns to assure a safe stay....everything was close by (driving) from sosua to Cabarete.... Overall would definitely stay there,,,,,, Rating out of 10 would be 9/10
