This villa is located 20 minutes walk away from the town but you can get a moto anytime you need to go in 5 minutes. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to tuk-tuks or motorcycle taxis. 💧Due to drought, there is water rationing: on weekdays it is cut from 5pm to 5am, on weekends and holidays there is water 24 hours (this information may vary depending on the season). We have a tank and containers to supply water needs in case there is none. The air conditioning is located in the master bedroom
