Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Tuvimos un fin de semana increíble. La casa es amplia, cómoda y muy bien equipada. La alberca es deliciosa, siempre calientita y perfecta para relajarse. Viajamos con dos perritos y la casa fue ideal también para ellos: segura, con espacio y pet friendly. La atención de los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre atentos y amables. Sin duda, un lugar al que queremos volver. Súper recomendada

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

Arguably one of the coolest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Great walkability to bustling downtown Vallarta below matched with an uncredible Birds Eye view of the bay and cityscape. The home was peaceful and refreshing after a long day in the heat. The hosts were staying in the other treehouse during our stay and treated us like personal friends. We will 100% be looking to stay here during our next trip to Mexico. This is THE PLACE. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate to book. 10/10 experience.

Gabriela and her team are great hosts. Response time was fast. They recommended restaurants, an in house chef, a massage professional. All great things to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The view from the balcony and pool deck are amazing! The staff of the building is kind and friendly! The place looks like the photos. It’s spacious and nicely lit. Kitchen is fully stocked with all major necessities. The pool within the balcony is fine for temperature especially when visiting during summer and high humidity times it’s refreshing. The building is a fairly nice stroll downhill however it gets steep at some points and there’s straits. I walked it up twice up. If you want a nice mini workout dig in if not the humidity will get ya. Uber is also a nice cheap drive back from any area of the Zona Romántica. Theirs also cute koi fishes in the pond within the level of the apartment

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

We were two couples and absolutely loved Vallarta Shores and #7. Great location at the end of the beach with easy walking to everything! The condo was very comfortable and beautiful Ocean front for both bedrooms was fantastic. Kitchen had all the basics with nice fridge and stove. Wifi excellent. Beach front pool and Palapas for condos were perfect. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Nos encantó, el lugar súper bonito y tranquilo, el departamento muy grande y tenía todo lo necesario, ame que tenía una sombrilla, sillas y hielera súper útil para estar en la playa, el complejo estaba hermoso, sin duda regresaría

el alojamiento es excelente e impecable tiene muchos detalles que te hacen sentir como en casa, esta bien muy bien ubicado cerca del malecón y de la playa, la atención de Benjamin es de lo mejor al pendinte en todo momento, sin duda volveremos

El departamento está increíble ! Tiene una vista espectacular, las amenidades increíbles (que te ha una alberca privada es delicioso) la verdad nunca nos habíamos quedado en esa zona y nos encantó! Está muy cerca de la zona romántica y en centro ! Volveríamos a quedarnos ahí sin duda

Excelente hospedaje, maravillosa atención y espectacular vista desde el departamento y de la piscina. El apartamento cuenta con servicio de concierge quien te recibe a tu llegada y te brinda la mayor atención posible durante tu estancia, en nuestro caso nos atendió Mauricio. El lugar cuanta con todas las amenidades que necesitas y más... para tu estancia. Nosotros llevamos a nuestro perrito que la paso increíble y aunque al área de piscina no podía ingresar, se pudo quedar en la habitación con total seguridad. Agradecemos mucho la estancia y sin duda, esperamos regresar.

Beautiful new condo located in Versalles. Walkable distances to grocery stores like Costco and Mega, restaurants etc. It’s a cozy apartment with beautiful Mountain View’s. But here is the best thing. I arrived to PV early morning and my check in was scheduled to after 3:00 pm and Christopher the owner allowed me to check in early ❤️❤️❤️. I really love the flexibility that he has with his property. Definitely I will stay here again. Thanks Christopher.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s condo! The condo was gorgeous and we were especially pleased with its location in the heart of the Zona Romantica enabling us to walk to most destinations. Abdrea was also generously accommodating and allowed an early check-in and late departure. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time. The place was super clean, cozy, and felt really safe. Everything looked just like the photos, maybe even better in person. The hosts were kind and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and gave us great local tips. The neighbourhood was quiet and relaxing, but still close to everything we needed. There are very good restaurants within walking distance. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill and comfortable spot to enjoy your trip and be able to walk to the beach. The rental car was a plus; we used it for a couple of days to visit other areas.
