Belle maison de ville très confortable pour un long séjour. Secteur et rue paisible/calme. Près de la plage ( 900 mètres) et du centre de Bucérias (restos et bars). Tout peut se faire à pied ou en autobus /taxi. La 200 se trouve à 300 mètres pour la prise d'autobus afin de visiter d'autres régions avoisinantes de Bucérias. Cuisine confortable pour 2 afin de cuisiner. Toutefois il manque 1 bon couteau et quelques plats Tupperware et/ ou Ziploc pour les restes lorsque séjour à long terme. Séjour très apprécié et Diane a tout prévu pour le rendre très agréable et confortable. Merci !

The place is brand new, good location at walking distance from the beach and village, very clean. Minor: front door locks need changing; water pressure in the kitchen was very low. I suggest adding a drinkable water jug.

Прекрасный опыт проживания в доме. Закрытая территория, парковка для автомобиля, бассейн. Дом оформлен в морской тематике, очень уютно. Большое количество полотенец, кухонной посуды. Организована доставка воды и вывоз мусора.

Terrie is a great host. She's very responsive, helpful and cares about her guests experiences being positive. The house is clean, having all the amenities one would need and it feels like a home rather than something just pieced together to make some quick rental income. There is a property management company on site and available in this safe, gated housing complex. You are only a 10 min walk to the beach, with access to pretty much anything you'd need for an enjoyable vacation. I would certainly without hesitation, rent with Terrie again!

This house is incredibly spacious. The house is centralized and close to everything. It's a great place to host multiple people. The eastern view the forest is enchanting. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the resort areas. Plenty of great local food nearby.

Las instalaciones están impecables, cuenta con todas las comodidades y que realmente sentimos nuestra estancia como si estuviéramos en casa… agradezco mucho la atención de Víctor que siempre estuvo al pendiente. Ampliamente lo recomiendo y seguro que volveremos con él cuando sea posible… Gracias!!!

This is a lovely home on the El Tigre golf course that has option for Club membership via Playa Royal for beach and sports access on stays of 14 days or longer. There is a shuttle from the golf club (closest) but with small kids we rented a golf cart that made transportation easy and flexible. There were three bikes which we used every day to ride to the club and beach. The casa is modern and well appointed with a small private pools but there is another large pool 50 m away and adjacent to that a shallow splash pool that the little kids really enjoyed. The staff on the property (security) and those at Playa Royal were top class. The food and service at the beach club was excellent. The owners communicated promptly and were kind enough to let us stay a few hours past normal checkout time before our flight. Paty, who cleaned the casa on our arrival and once more during our stay was lovely and very helpful. I highly recommend this home.

Our stay at Adriana's place was positive overall. Hector, the co-host was very responsive, promptly providing missing items during our check-in with Esther's assistance. The town home comfortably accommodated our group of 5 people and offered great amenities including air conditioning on each room and a swimming pool. The location has pros and cons. While conveniently close to the airport, there is a challenging intersection nearby that lacks proper lighting and traffic signs. We also experienced persistent sewage odors from the street, particularly at night, though this was beyond the host's control. Also, the gates to park our car were a little tricky to open. On the positive side, the area felt secure with good security measures in place. I would recommend this property for its responsive host, comfortable space, and airport proximity. Future guests should consider the street odor issue in their planning.

We were happy about the place. It was clean and close to the ocean. Had some great amenities. Wish we understood Spanish a little more but that’s an us problem. I never received check out instructions so we just cleaned up the best that we could. We had a very relaxing week. Thank you.

We stayed at Miguel's condo from January 20- Feb.11. The condo is located in a gated community and the security was excellent. The location to the downtown area and amenities was an easy 10-minute walk, which we enjoyed daily. The unit itself was well equipped and was as described in the listing. The host reached out to us regularly to ensure we had all essentials and did deliver more supplies when needed - special mention to Dinah. We were having trouble location fire-starting fluid for the BBQ. and she went and found some and delivered it back to us! - Thank you, Dinah! We enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the back deck - it was very peaceful, private and quiet. Overall, we were VERY happy with the unit, location and the attentiveness of our hosts. Samantha, l’administratrice de la villa, as su répondre rapidement à toutes nos demandes et questionnements. Elle est une personne très joviale et avenante. L’accès à la plage seulement à 10 minutes à pied de la villa à été apprécié, toutefois, les commodités (restaurant, piscine, bar) ne l’était pas dû à la reconstruction de l’espace. Les lits étaient très confortables et les airs climatisées dans toutes les pièces fonctionnaient très bien. Certains ustensiles et chaudrons mériteraient d’être changées. Très beau séjour!

La casa es muy cómoda, limpia, segura y está bien amueblada. La anfitriona siempre mantuvo una estrecha comunicación tanto por teléfono como de manera personal. Por lo tanto, no tuvimos problema con la llegada o durante la estancia, la cual resultó muy agradable. Por otro lado, la casa cumple con los implementos y electrodomésticos que indica en la descripción, así como su buen estado e higiene. Quedamos muy agradecidos con el servicio. Es un buen lugar, lo recomiendo.

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia, la casa tiene todo lo necesario y excelentes espacios para compartir, sin duda regresaría en el futuro

La casa está muy espaciosa y agradable. Todo estaba ordenado, cuenta casi con todo lo necesario para cocinar. La sala y la cocina son perfectas para promover la convivencia y pasar un buen rato en familia. El fraccionamiento es muy tranquilo y la alberca estaba a una excelente temperatura. Aunque es compartida, prácticamente nos tocó que estaba prácticamente sola. La ubicación está genial, ya que está a unos minutos de la playa. También hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cercanas. Devyn siempre fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de mi estancia. Sin duda volvería con mi familia a pasar unas vacaciones de descanso!

la ubicación es muy buena, el amueblado es cómodo, las camas son muy cómodas muy limpio todo y lo mejor que hay tiendas y un Oxxo al salir del condominio gracias

Lugar excelente para una familia. Nos quedamos casi un mes en la casa de Gustavo y desde algunos días antes de llegar se comunicó la Sra Rosalba con nosotros,siempre muy atenta y siempre en comunicación, respondiendo a todas nuestras dudas,la casa estaba muy limpia,tiene todas las comodidades para estar tranquilos,como TV's, refrigerador, ventiladores,aire acondicionado, excepto lavadora pero no importa porque algunas calles mas adelante hay una lavandería,la casa está dentro de un fraccionamiento con vigilancia por lo que el fraccionamiento es muy tranquilo y los vecinos siempre muy amables y amigables,a una calle está la parada del camión que te lleva al centro de Puerto Vallarta. Debo decir que fue una estancia maravillosa,muy recomendable.

Perla and Luis were awesome hosts. The location is great. The house was very clean and well stocked with household items. It was nice that there was also beach chairs and towels. I wish the water pressure was better. I would stay there again.
