Genuinely a secret little heaven, I cant recommend staying here more! Monticchiello is so beautiful and peaceful and their place is just perfect! I can’t wait to hopefully return one day!!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Viciomaggio. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig und versprüht einen tollen Charme (restaurierte Ölmühle). Antike Einrichtungsgegenstände sind mit moderner Ausstattung (Küche, Badezimmer) kombiniert. Die Kommunikation mit Giovanni war freundlich und unkompliziert über den Chat. Ein privater Parkplatz befindet sich direkt an der Wohnung. Die Wohnung bietet einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt, um die Toskana zu erkunden. Florenz, Arezzo und das Val d'Orcia haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! :)

Great apartment and fabulous location! Would definitely rent again. We didn’t have a car but parking would have been easy right outside the major portals; some free, some paid. Cortona was great-fabulous restaurants and even better hikes and strolls through, around, and above the town

Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

un attico da togliere il fiato! tutto è stato scelto con cura. Un ambiente elegante, pulito ed accogliente, sa di casa! Gli esterni sono il vero punto di forza! ci siamo rilassate nella vasca idromassaggio ed ammirato un tramonto incantevole. Robbie è stato veramente gentile e presente. Si nota quanta cura e passione è stata messa nel creare un ambiente così. Tornerò a trovarti Robbie. Grazie ☺️

It was like a dream. It made us consider leaving Germany and stay in The Tuskany. Beautiful surrounding with a very nice pool area and garden with fruit trees, chickens and sweet cats. We felt very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. We would recommend Piandarca for 100% and wish to come back soon!

Great stay with incredible views. Perfect location for exploring Montepulciano and the surrounds. Parking was easy and everything was really comfortable.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Aleksandra in Montalcino im Herzen des Brunello, eine atemberaubend schöne Gegend. Das grosse Anwesen ist traumhaft und mit der Ruhe und dem Ausblick genau das richtige um zu entspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis für die ganze Familie. So stellt man sich einen Toskanaurlaub vor. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

L’appartement est situé dans un endroit enchanteur! Le paysage est à couper le souffle. La cuisine est bien équipée, on s’est cuisiné des bonnes bouffes. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques et la piscine très pratique pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visites. Un merci spécial à Deb, la voisine qui nous a accueillit et guidé tout au long de notre séjour. Grâce à ses recommandations, nous avons découvert un vignoble : Ciarliana, où Sara nous a fait une dégustation au delà de nos attentes. On est carrément en amour avec la Toscane!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom unit. It was spacious with breathtaking views. A large patio to sit on that overlooked rolling hillside. Our host was great with providing recommendations and responded quickly. For my husband and I we would not choose this location again only because it’s 3 miles in and out on a dirt road and 20 mins to the nearest town with restaurant. But that’s a personal preference. The village and views are really beautiful so if you don’t mind the dirt road and drive then it’s the perfect place.

Die gemietete Wohnung befindet sich in einem charmanten, alten Gebäude. Die Küche ist mit Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und natürlich einem Elektroherd ausgestattet; Geschirr ist vorhanden. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder bieten ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Die überdachte Balkonterrasse ist der Hit. Hier kommt man ins Träumen und an klaren Tagen reicht der Blick bis weit über den Trasimenischen See hinaus. Zwei Personen haben auf dieser Terrasse sehr gut Platz ... für vier Personen wird es ein bisschen eng. Das führende Restaurant am Ort - 13 Gobi - garantiert beste toskanische Küche und wunderschöne Ausflugsziele sind in 30 bis 60 min mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Liebe Nicole, liebe Orietta, wir haben wunderschöne Tage in und um Montefollonico verbracht und wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Kindest host! Beautiful view of the tuscan landscape

This is a great location in the heart of montepulciano. You walk out of the unit and onto the main street full of restaurants and shops. The house is spacious with three bedrooms all with comfortable beds. There were extra pillows and linens, which are always helpful. We had all the windows open due to warmer weather with a nice breeze at night. Despite being right on the street, we did not hear any evening noise throughout the night sleeping was peaceful. The views from the apartment are exquisite.

Valentina è un host perfetta, ha accolto me e i miei figli come se fossi di famiglia sempre pronta ad aiutarmi, gentile e cordiale. Posto bellissimo, meraviglioso tra le colline toscane, vicino a tanti posti bellissimi come il Lago Trasimeno, Cortona, Castiglione sul lago! relax tranquillità allo stato puro! consigliatissimo!!

Sehr schönes Haus, landestypisch eingerichtet dabei aber trotzdem modern. Besonders gefallen haben und die Betten und die angenehme sanfte aber effektive Klimatisierung. Sehr geräumig, so dass ein Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen sehr angenehm möglich ist. Es gibt sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge.

Abbiamo soggiornato a La Murata e ne siamo rimasti incantati. La casa è spaziosa, accogliente, piena di carattere e perfetta per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Ogni ambiente racconta una storia e l’atmosfera generale è quella di un rifugio lontano dal caos, immerso nel verde. La piscina e la vasca idromassaggio ci hanno regalato momenti di autentico relax,con un panorama incantevole. Gli spazi esterni sono curati, ideali per rilassarsi o cenare all’aperto ammirando le colline toscane al tramonto. Nara è un’host gentilissima, presente e disponibile, sempre pronta a intervenire in caso di necessità. Fin dal primo incontro si è creata una bellissima empatia, ci siamo sentiti subito accolti come a casa. La posizione è strategica per esplorare borghi e città nei dintorni, ma anche perfetta se si cerca solo relax in una cornice unica. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Un soggiorno da sogno!

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We had an unforgettable stay at Alex’s Airbnb in Tuscany! The home was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and full of charm. The surroundings were just stunning, with gorgeous views of the Tuscan landscape that made every moment feel peaceful and special. Everything was exactly as described, and Alex was a fantastic host. He was friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. The atmosphere was the perfect mix of comfort and nature, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the region. We had the most lovely stay at Fernanda’s and definitely want to come back someday! It was the best of our 3 week trip. From the moment of booking she was super responsive and helpful. The place was large and felt like home—great for us and adult son. Of course the views were the best and wish we could have just sat in front of the window for 3 days. It’s in quiet and peaceful part of village which was also perfect after busy Rome and Florence.. Grazie Mille Fernanda for your kindness.

Elias was an exceptional host! Fantastic recommendations on the area and restaurants. His space was more than expected. Stylish , modern and spacious. So handy having two large bathrooms with 2 couples. The neighbourhood was truly perfect, historic area in walking distance, gelato & cappuccino was right across the street, grocery store around the corner, steak house next door and the best… Linda’s pizza!!! Enjoyed super reasonable meals with excellent service. Even bumped into Linda at the gelato place in the evening and were greeted warmly! What a welcoming friendly neighbourhood. Hands down our best Airbnb experience in Italy! ❤️
