The cozy living room has an air source heat pump, a couch, a TV, and a desk. The kitchen is fully stocked. The spacious toilet has a shower cabin and a washing machine. Families with children are also included in the equipment.

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 10th until October 19th in 2025.
