The cottage has running water and electricity, heating with radiators+pump. Large terrace and yard. Villa Sjövik is a traditional-style, but fully modernised old fisherman's home by the seaside. Located in the beautiful countryside, between the lovely old towns of Porvoo and Loviisa, Sjövik offers a secluded getaway, as well as nice shops and restaurants only 20 minutes away. NOTE: There are 8 beds in 4 bedrooms, despite the "photo tour" claiming only five beds (auto-generated).

With us, you can also explore the numerous animals of our smallholding up close. Along the forest path (1.5km), you can get to a lake with swimming (not suitable for small children). The lake does not have a common swimming beach so it is very peaceful.
