Bungalow holiday rentals in Puna'auia

Marie-Hélène’s listing was very close to a gorgeous coral beach and she and her partner Italo were extremely helpful, communicative, and considerate. The rustic lodging was perfect for a relaxing stay close to nature. We loved our week long stay!

Nous avons passé un super moment dans le logement. Très propre, l'environnement du bungalow est super, il y a même un accès privé au lagon. Le logement est très bien situé, possède le nécessaire pour se faire à manger ce qui est un plus. Je recommande ++

What a special rental. A blue and white inspired bungalow that is located right on the water. Step out into the back yard and through the gate and you are in the water. Off to the right is the beach. A good outdoor kitchen if you choose to cook at home with table and bench to enjoy your meal listening to the ocean. Great spot to view marine life pass by. We truly enjoyed our 3 nights here. Tamara was very kind and a gracious host. Merci beaucoup Tamara pour votre accueil. Vous êtes super gentille et géniale.

Schade, dass es so weit weg ist Marika und die Familie sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Täglich überrascht sie uns mit frischem Brot und einer wechselden Beilage an Leckereien. Auch besteht immer die Möglichkeit Wünsche zu äußern. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch der Ausflug mit dem Taxiboot des Neffen, Oliver der u.a. zu der berühmten Surfwelle am Hava'e-Pass in Teahupo'o (Olympische Spiele 2024 !!) führt. Sehr gut, dass auch weitere Sportmöglichkeiten (Kanu, Fahrrad etc.) kostenfrei angeboten werden. Das Highlight ist die wunderbare Lage direkt am Wasser mit Zugang zu einem Schnorchelparadies. Störend waren einzig und allein die Moskitos. Wir haben mit vielen Mittel versucht sie zumindest fernzuhalten. Marika unterstützt mit Tipps und Hilfsmitteln. Wir waren nur mit 2 Personen im Haus, dafür ideal. Zu Fuß ist ein kleiner Ort zu erreichen, hier gibt es die Möglichkeit einzukaufen und auch Mittag zu essen. Man benötigt ein Auto um von Papeete zu der Unterkunft zu gelangen.

This Airbnb is incredible. Right on the beach, private, and great amenities. Amazing snorkeling and sea life right in your backyard. We saw an abundance of sea life including dolphins. This has been one of my greatest Airbnb experiences. The host Terry is a super nice guy and gave lots of great tips and information. Highly recommend staying here if your visiting Moorea

Le bungalow est tout simplement incroyable, un des meilleurs logements que nous ayons pu faire. Là vue est juste magnifique, c’est très calme. Le kayak est un plus. Les hôtes sont tout simplement géniaux. Nous recommandons fortement.

Thierry a été très acceuillant, a la fois discret et bienveillant mais disponible au moindre besoin. Tres bon emplacement. Le studio est lumineux et a tout ce qu’il faut (nous sommes restés 2 semaines). L’exterieur avec sa piscine était vraiment appreciable. Il a deux chiennes auxquelles il faut faire attention en entrant et sortant mais il s’en occupe quand il est là. Elles peuvent un peu aboyer mais ne sont pas genantes. Super sejour chez Thierry ☀️

It’s a little slice of the good simple island life at this oceanside bungalow. If you’re looking for moana and a place of peace, this is it. A tucked away retreat, where you can spend hours on the swing or hammock over the clear water or have your morning coffee pondering life at the little table with your feet dangling over the fish. Take out the kayak or paddle board or use the snorkel gear to explore the coral right in the backyard. Terupehe was quick to respond to any message and check in to make sure all was well, even accommodating when we needed a little extra time. It was a lovely fare to end our Tahitian vacation.

I needed a remote place to just relax and enjoy my time. The bungalow is right at the ocean, very private yard. I was there alone and felt really safe. Beautiful, peaceful… although at nights the ocean is loud - I needed to use my earplugs 😀

Logement idéal et conforme à la description, dans un cadre paisible avec vue sur l’océan. Emplacement central parfait pour parcourir Tahiti. Séjour parfait avec hôte accueillant et disponible. Je recommande vivement !

Le bungalow correspondait à la description, situé dans un lotissement calme avec une vue magnifique sur Moorea. Laurent et Hélène étaient toujours disponibles, nous avons même pu faire le check-in plus tôt que prévu. En résumé: bungalow propre et bien situé, communication top. À conseiller!!

En plus de la gentillesse de Nathalie et de son mari, le logement a une vie époustouflante et permet de se ressourcer comme il le faut.

Very close to the airport. The place itself was nice inside! It is well decorated, clean, and had a large kitchen in the outdoor garage area. Would definitely recommend a taxi or rental car to get around, rather than walking.

We arrived after 10pm and Tituaua was there with a warm greeting and tour of the space and amenities. She had a cold bottle of water and some snacks waiting for us, and got us hooked up to the wifi. The space is exactly like the photos. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. There is occasional street noise, but it's very quiet at night. The shower was really nice and had good water flow for washing thick hair. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking if you want to. Titaua is a lovely host, we had a few lovely mornings sharing coffee and conversation. Also, her dog, Luna, is an absolute love who joined us whenever we were outside, including swimming all over the lagoon with us. We drove all over the island and snorkeled at all the public beaches on Tahiti & Moorea, but by far the best reefs and fish and clearest waters were right off our beach. The only challenge is that the shore is all rocks and you have to walk out a bit to get deep enough water. I really hope to return!
