Our stay at Shyam’s place was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The communication was prompt and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. The property has got this very bohemian vibe but also it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This will certainly be in top of our list to stay in Pune, we would highly recommend it.

property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

The best is Marlene's caretaker, sweet couple to take care of all needs. Marlene.. I would give you 30% credit and rest 70% credit to Kaka and Kaki.. Amazing stay.. defenitely recommend to others. :)

Caasa Tranquilla Somatane is a dreamy, cozy and close-to-nature getaway perfect for family outings. Thankful to the host and the house caretaker (Balu) who do a fantastic job in ensuring that the property looks spick and new everytime you check-in for a stay. Best part about the property is their huge beautiful garden area which is perfect for your pets. My pet was the happiest to have found a home away from home at the huge yet homely property. Host was responsive. But for greywater which was taken by surprise delayed the days official process. The property is ecofriendly and uses WTP/STP for water circulation. Suggest the host to post a sticker, "GREY WATER USED FOR TOILET FLUSHING"

We loved our stay! We felt very comfortable, the apartment is very clean and spacious well equipped both in terms of kitchen and bathroom and bedroom everything was really perfect was very clean. We just loved every minute of our visit communication with Bhagwat was a great super easy to check in. The location is also great, close to everything. when I am coming back to Pune I will definitely book with Bhagwat apartment I would 100% recommend to stay with Bhagwat apartment

This place is so beautifully maintained, kudos to host. You name one thing and it is available in villa and is in working condition, most of the Airbnb lack that but host Ravi made sure of very small detail. Karaoke’s setup was best thing , had great time with my friends. Would love to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay with my parents at this place. It is a nice and cozy place with an amazing terrace exactly like the pictures shown. We enjoyed the rains sipping hot tea in the terrace 😇. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and crockery. Definitely recommend if you want to stay in Aundh. I will surely visit again.

It was wonderful staying here. We stayed for one night on 14 May 2025. Good interiors and all rooms had AC including the living room. Host was responsive and also help us with extra towels on request.

Mr and Mrs Joshi are excellent hosts. The property is located at a peaceful location with beautiful greenery surrounding the place. Balconies are large and precious. The departmental stores just steps away. It was a wonderful experience throughout our stay right from the initial connect to saying good bye to the hosts. Memorable stay indeed !

Had a great time staying here. The rooms open onto green surroundings and it's a great way to spend time watching birds. Was exactly as listed and has plenty of things to do. Will visit again!
