Amazing ocean view apartment

The best thing about this place is the spectacular view it has. From the bedrooms and the living room you have access to a large balcony. From there and from other areas of the complex you have a view from the mountain to Samaná Bay, on the right you can see Cayo Levantado and in the background the mountains of Hato Mayor (with luck and good binoculars you may be able to see whales). There is a restaurant and two swimming pools, a ping pong table and a pool table. To access the beach you have to go down a steep hill, but there are stairs. Although we had problems with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, the overall stay was excellent. They allowed us to check in an hour earlier, which we appreciate.

The experience of staying in Gabriela's bungalow was unbeatable. The bungalow is very nice, all of very good quality, very well equipped, super comfortable and with a great view. A short walk takes you to the Aserradero beach, which is very beautiful, and from there you can easily access Plata Grande, in the center of Las Galeras. Gabriela and Charlie are excellent hosts, communicative, helpful, cheerful and of great human warmth. His recommendations for restaurants and who to board with to visit the beautiful nearby beaches (Frontón, La Colorada, Rincón, etc.) were very good. In short, all the good things I can say about the bungalow, its location and Gabriela herself, is surely not enough. I definitely recommend Gabriela's accommodation and the place. We will definitely be back!!
