James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

Excellent place to spend time as a family super recommended!

We stayed with the whole family, the place is very nice and clean. Susana is always attentive to our arrival and flexible with the check-in time. My children loved the place, it was very close to the beach.

It was a little difficult to find the place at first but Diego responded quickly and was able to help us. The place was clean and the guard was very attentive answered by us. Everything was great and it was a great place

I had an excellent experience in this apartment in Salinas. It is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay very much easier. The place is comfortable, clean and well equipped, ideal for rest and enjoyment. The communication with the host was quick and friendly at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, it has a beautiful view and is very well organized and distributed. Very comfortable to go with the family, we had a great time and will definitely come back!

Our experience in this apartment was excellent. The impeccable cleanliness and cozy decor made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunsets and morning walks. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions. Undoubtedly a place we would love to return to and that we highly recommend to those looking for tranquility and comfort near the sea.

The apartment is comfortable, in a fairly quiet and peaceful place. Jenny is an excellent host, always attentive to the needs of guests.

David was an excellent host. Every communication was promptly responded to. He is also bilingual, which was very helpful since my Spanish is very poor. Would definitely recommend his condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Salinas Ecuador, the best way possible!

Beth’s place was great. She worked with me to get me in as quickly as possible. It was clean and comfortable. Great shower, comfortable bed and awesome view. The area was quiet, away from all the loud party people on the other end of the Melicon. The only drawback was if you are staying more than a weekend, there no laundry services nearby. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

I recommend staying at this Airbnb, the host is very friendly. The place is super quiet, safe and friendly. Loved staying in this cute place. 10/10
