Beachfront holiday rental in Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera

Private villa, perfect to hang back in a group. Neighbors are very quiet. Pool and beach right at your doorstep, what else could you want!? Quick walk next door to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Will definitely come back!

We booked Mami’s condo for a June girls trip and it was perfect for us! We used Resort Pass to buy day passes to a few all inclusives in the area. Having a clean condo with a beautiful view, a gym, a rooftop bar/pool in a gated community was such a nice alternative to being stuck at a super busy all inclusive for a week. The condo was such a nice, quiet space to land after a busy day at the beach or sitting poolside at a resort. We checked out the cenotes, Secrets at Isla Muljeres (this is a must do,) got massages and facials at the Waldorf Astoria, did some shopping and had an awesome time exploring good restaurants. Our only gripe was the front gate insists you keep a wrist band on your wrist the entire week and would sass us when we just attached them to our wallets. I understand security is important but wearing a plastic wristband for a week that you cant remove felt unnecessary. No fault of Mami’s, she is a perfect host and very communicative/helpful/kind! Book it!

Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Apartment very well located in a very nice area, spacious, tidy, safe, comfortable, easy to access, a few meters from public transport stops, restaurants and supermarkets and beaches a few minutes walk. Adequate quality/price ratio and totally according to the description and photos published. The hosts are always attentive, very kind and provide information. In short, recommended.

Excellent Rental. Would say looked better than the photos. Excellent Host as well.

Great place for family gatherings. Beach is with in walking distance. Host provided beach towels sand toys for the little ones and cart with ice chest. Would stay here again!

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

We had a pleasant stay

We had a wonderful time there. The location is perfect for families; the pool is great for kids, and the nearby beach is shallow with small waves, making it ideal for them to play safely. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare any meals we desired. I highly recommend this place.

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

Wow!!!Best Airbnb Christian and Lena place was so beautiful the minute we opened the door. The view of the ocean and the sunset is so relaxing and peaceful just what we needed. Condo has everything you need. Kitchen is a nice touch. We felt at home. Location is perfect in heart of shows, Restaurants and nightclubs. Saved alot of money in cabs.We still had peaceful sleep. Didn't hear much noise. Host were very responsive. We will definitely be back

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

Amy’s place blew us away the instant we walked in! The condo was spotless & the view was incredible! We loved the pool & being able to walk to multiple restaurants & beach clubs. We will definitely stay at her place in the future! Five stars aren’t enough!

I was quite surprised by the place in terms of services and surroundings. The apartment provided things I didn't think it would provide because it was an AirBnB, but it felt like a hotel. The location was very good and the price of this apartment makes it better. However, what surprised me the most was the view—I think the view is one of the best in the area, since I could not only see the city, its colors at night and the parties that were happening, but during the day I could also see the sea and its distinctive colors. You'd think that being next to the most important clubs in Cancun, the place would be noisy, but the truth is we hardly heard the music unless we opened the door to the balcony. Very good place!
