Villa holiday rentals in Punta Gorda

Absolutely LOVED our stay! Host and owners were VERY responsive, even during a minor issue at check in, they responded and had it resolved extremely fast. Very clean, comfortable, neighbors were so friendly, we felt very safe, this place made our girls’ weekend PERFECT! And the salt water pool?! Chef’s kiss!!!! We loved it!! Thank you so much for having us and allowing us to enjoy this little slice of heaven in Florida!

We could not have asked for a better host with Heather. She was kind, accommodating and her home was clean, beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. My kids had a great time playing in the pool all weekend and loved the master bedroom being on the second floor as well as the loft area. Everything I needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, I found in the kitchen which was super convenient. We had several different beaches to choose from to visit that were close by and the traffic wasn’t bad in the area which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on visiting Cape Coral again next year and Heather’s place will be at the top of my list of accommodations!

Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit Tom und Rachel, die wir in eurem Haus verbringen konnten! Es war nach 3 Wochen roadtripp einfach toll bei euch anzukommen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und vor allem den Pool so sehr genossen. Für meine Mutter war es ein Traum! Sie wollte eigentlich die Euer Haus die ganze Woche nicht mehr verlassen. Wir waren aber doch froh uns für die Poolheizung entschieden zu haben. Auch mit eurer Idee bezüglich der Poolabdeckeng! Es war herrlich und alles wie beschrieben. Wir wünschen Euch auch weiterhin sehr zufriedene Gäste. Ein kleiner Hinweis noch…. Bitte sagt den anderen Mietern, dass die Feuermelder sehr sensibel sind. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr erschrocken, als plötzlich 3 Männer von der Feuerwehr am Haus waren. Dankeschön und herzliche Grüße aus Berlin!!!!!

The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!

This was the best house we’ve ever rented and will definitely rent again. Dorcia is the perfect host and the house is absolutely beautiful. Communication was quick and precise. We had everything we needed inside the house and on the lanai. The lanai is set up perfectly and we spent most of our days and nights in the pool. At night, we turned the pool lights and the white string lights on while listening to music on the tv. Every night was perfect and so relaxing. The master bedroom is a dream with a comfy king sized bed, double walk-in closets, and the gorgeous walk-in doorless shower. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house which gave all of us our own space. It’s an easy drive to all the restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Thank you, Dorcia, for a wonderful stay and we will definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property and its gorgeous design. The highlight was definitely the private pool and spa — we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The house was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in every room made us feel right at home. Whether we were lounging by the pool, soaking in the spa, or enjoying the cozy interiors, it was truly a wonderful week away. This was the perfect place for our family. The outdoor areas were definitely the highlight of our trip. The screened in portion and the pool/hot tub were the two places we spent most of our time. The rest of the house was spacious and clean. John and Tammie responded quickly if we had questions. We were also lucky enough to see some manatees in the canal behind the house! Highly recommend this house.

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

Fantastic Place! The pool and Hot Tub were clean and easy to heat. There was a small extra fee for electric but if you turn down the heat to the pool or hot tub at night your fees will be minimal. Outdoor Kitchen and grille was amazing, anyone who loves to cook will enjoy the professional grille. Beds were cozy, the place was perfect. Thank you Jana for the wonderful stay!🙌☀️🏖️🍸

One of the best places I’ve been to. Great pool, lots of places to drive to and explore. Definitely worth the price.

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

Pavel is an amazing host! House was spotless, extremely clean. The pool is heated and the whole pool area is beautifully lit up at night. Highly recommend!

Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.

Naveen was nothing short of a great host. She was very responsive. The house its self was very clean and homey, I was a huge fan of all the seasonings and kitchen items they had to use. Outback was very relaxing with the lanai and pool. We used the black stone and grilled and chilled by the pool. There were beach chairs, sifters, umbrellas, a cooler and a few other things to take to the beach. I think Naveen having those things is a big help especially if you are flying in from some where and have no room for the beach essentials. Being born and raised in South Florida I highly recommend this house. I will absolutely stay again. :)

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. We'll definitely be back because we felt right at home. Everything was organized when we arrived. The house is very well located, easy to get to, and has everything you need and more. Belle's Tropic Spot was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Lindsay was very responsive and clear in her instructions. The house was cute and extremely clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to cook meals and light breakfasts. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows, linens, and pool towels. The pool and patio were amazing and we relaxed and enjoyed the pool and sunshine. We had 4 adults, but this place would easily work with children as well as there is another bedroom with 2 full beds. The laundry facilities were a plus as well. Perfect location for us. Great place!

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!

Loved this house. The trees in their yard are AMAZING! The pool was very warm. Loved the outdoor couch and TV area. Host was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. The pantry had some spices and basic cooking ingredients, which is always nice. It's furnished and decorated well.

We had a great stay. Location is great for boaters looking for a spot convenient to Sanibel Island or other spots like picnic island. House is very clean with everything you need to relax and enjoy the Florida weather.
