⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Airbnb apartment was absolutely excellent! Perfectly located with stunning ocean views and an amazing rooftop pool that made every moment unforgettable. The host, William, was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any needs with warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend this gem for a fantastic stay!

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

Excellent location, it's the same as the shared photographs, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! We were treated quite well at the reception We will definitely be back!!!

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

Luis is a great host. Communicative and flexible. The location is extremely beautiful with an ocean view on the balcony. The place was very modern and clean and Luis even had some welcome treats for us, and a whole jug of filtered water included. The only thing I would say is that it’s located at a pretty steep hill so I wouldn’t recommend walking up and down it to go to places. Ubers have no problems for pick up though, so I would just do that. 5/5 would recommend staying at this beautiful place.

Absolutely wonderful stay!! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and clean, with an incredible view. It is walking distance to everything and Kendra’s team made our travels a breeze. Do not hesitate to book here! We will definitely be back when we return to Yelapa!

Lauren is a fantastic host and was very responsive to my questions. I needed to extend last minute and she was very helpful in approving my requests through Airbnb. This is a beautiful home a block from the beach and I'd recommend it to anyone. The pool is clean, the housekeeping was fantastic, and the house is perfect for a few people to enjoy Punta Mita.

It is from the first apartments that in my view was super complete. I have stayed in other apartments on the beach and this one surprised me because I had even a parasol, cart and chairs to spend a day at the beach. This is super complete in every way, you really don't need anything, that in my opinion was amazing. The beach the truth is not the most beautiful since it was complicated to enter by so many stones, but just next is the chamomile and it doesn't ask for much. Alejandro was attentive to us the whole time and supported us with every doubt we had, an excellent person. I would definitely go back to this same place again.

One of the best AirBNB’s we’ve ever stayed at. It was spacious, extremely clean, gorgeous views, peaceful/quiet and the communication with Dario was amazing. They were so helpful and met us at check in to give us a tour of the condo. It has everything you would need for a beach vacation. It’s like being at home, but there’s a beautiful beach (not as rocky as the beach a little north) and great pool mere steps away. Beds are comfortable and works great. Restaurants and shopping are walkable and it doesn’t feel like a tourist location. If you rent a car, I’d recommend using Gecko in PV. Highly recommend Pamela’s place!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared and felt instantly welcoming. The space is bright, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. The rooms are large, the beds are super comfortable, and we slept so well every night. Waking up to the ocean view was a highlight. Anhai was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. She made everything easy and stress-free. Outside, the view is stunning and the whole place is quiet and peaceful. We loved having coffee on the terrace and just listening to the sound of the waves. The resort amenities were also excellent—clean, well-maintained, and convenient. It was a truly memorable stay and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

This is our second stay at Casa de Surf and we would never look elsewhere in Punta de Mita. The space is beautiful, comfortable and so convenient for experiencing the friendly atmosphere and welcoming town. Candice is an excellent host who makes traveling to her home easy and essentially seamless. She provides great information, recommendations and all the comforts of home. Visiting Punta de Mita and Casa de Surf will delight you and exceed your expectations. We were well cared for by the guards at the gate, who became our friends. We also received a referral for a private driver who took us to Puerta Vallarta, Sayulita and the airport. He is personable, courteous, dependable and a safe driver. Second time visiting this great town. Feels protected from the many tourists visiting the area. Amazing, peaceful stay. Spacious condo with everything we needed. Great to have our own little area for chairs/table right next to the pool. Tree just outside crawling with wildlife every morning: iguanas, herons, egrets. Teresa's Tacos, El Sueño de Mita, Norma's Tacos, Pescaderia Punta de Mita, all within walking distance. The constant noise of the waves throughout our time. Next time probably won't bother with a rental car -- we were happy to just stick within a walk of condo.

We loved the accommodation, we felt at home, ideal to enjoy the terrace and the private pool, 100% recommended for those looking for a comfortable and relaxing space, thank you, we will definitely return!!!

The location is amazing We have already traveled a lot in the area and it is undoubtedly the best beach… fine sand, small waves, and few people. There are two very good restaurants within walking distance of the house. Everyone who works in the house was very attentive to us. We were left chairs and an umbrella every morning at the beach and picked up my protector from alone when I left it unintentionally at the pool. The kitchen could have had a few things- better knives, oil, etc-and I highly recommend reading the rules well. We would definitely come back! We loved our stay. Thank you very much!!

I've stayed at a lot of rentals, and this was by far the best. Alejandra was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. The location and view are amazing! I would have loved to stay longer. If I'm ever back in the Punta Mita area, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place was definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, they were of great help to us! I would definitely go back and recommend it without a second thought. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing host great service, definitely a 10/10 experience!!

Great stay for seven adults, 3 couples and one single. The casa was large and kitchen was well supplied. The two bedrooms with jack n Jill bath is more suitable for singles or just use one of the two rooms for a couple as we did. FYI, upstairs bedroom has tiny bathroom if concerned with privacy for couples use the room with two beds, it has a large bath. The new a/c in bedrooms was appreciated and worked well for all of us!

This is our second time visiting Los Chonchos. Casa Hueso is the newest palapa and is beautifully decorated and clean. Jennifer was great at communicating and helping us find a driver from the airport to the pier whom we could trust with our luggage when we ran into the grocery store in PVR. My kids, 6 and 10, loved the swings around the kitchen island and all the seashells we found. Out of 24 palapas, around 3 or 4 are occupied full time, and others are vacation homes, of which a few rent; so it is quite secluded, with often private beaches. It is a special place and a paradise.

Our family of 5 (3 faughters 11, 8 and 5) loved staying at Stacey's. Morning coffee on the deck, awesome restaurants, everything close and walkable. We especially loved Cafecito and El Coral (right next door)The staff at Punta de Mita Beach Club were incredibly accommodating. The pools were perfect for our kids. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in El Encanto! The villa is in a great location and with better views that shown in photos(especially from 3rd floor). The golf cart makes it easy to travel between beach clubs and town. Make sure to understand the amenities to make use of all of the different clubs because this is what makes Punta Mita such a desirable place to vacation. The villa had everything we needed. The master on the 3rd floor has two queen beds, and the other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor with the kitchen, living space and deck area in the middle. We were expecting the master to have the king. Maria was always responsive and very helpful, which made our trip easy. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to return!
