Beautiful studio apartment. Includes 1 queen + 1 twin Murphy bed (maximum: 3 guests). Also, the apartment has a washer/dryer. The condo features a pool, gym, tennis court, mini-market, and private beach access. The studio can be converted into two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is to the city. Only one parking space is available with security. Great spot within walking distance of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and ATMs. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

The unit is for two guests, and having more guests is prohibited. Additional guests that stay against the rules pay $50 per night.
