Also close to the building lobby you could find a coin laundromat and a convenience store with luggage storage services.

It's right between Old San Juan and Ocean Park, other high-end neighborhoods. The building has a backup generator and water cistern in case of power and/or water outages during your stay. The unit is for two guests, and having more guests is prohibited. Additional guests that stay against the rules pay $50 per night.
