This beautiful condo is located at Ashford Ave with the beach at just a block and walking distance to the best restaurants and night life entretaiment in Condado. The apt is equiped with everything you will need to have an amazing stay. Walking distance to hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars, grocery store, hospital and parks. Just a 12 min drive to the airport and 8 min to Old San Juan. Beach and hospital are just 1 block away.

Beachfront Cabana @ Condado-Beach Access

Studio sleeps 4 with queen size bed + a Murphy sofa bed. Located on Ashford Ave. with cafes, restaurants, shops, and parks. Condo has 24/7 gated security, a gym, tennis courts, game room and pool. Perfect to attend Bad Bunny concert. Building is currently undergoing exterior facade renovations to enhance its charm and safety. Rest assured it won't affect access to the apartment, large pool, or our unbeatable beachfront location. We will also have a full power generator soon.

Beach is less than one block There are many shops, bars, restaurants very close. Salsa dancing at the Marriott (.2 mi), the casino at La Concha (.5 mi), banks/ATM. The apartment is beautifully remodeled and sits in a perfect location. Sofa bed for extra guest (see pics). The apt is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. If renting a car: - There is limited street parking - AC Marriott parking lot next door (fee) - Hospital parking garage next door (fee)

Condado Beach Front - Free Parking & Netflix

Beautiful beachfront studio located at the Condado del Mar Condo complex, beach cabana section. It comes with one parking. The complex has two (2) pools right beside the beach, an olympic size and a small one for children. Other amenities include 24-hour security service, a BBQ area, tennis court, gym, game room with ping pong, air hockey and pool tables. Also close to the building lobby you could find a coin laundromat and a convenience store with luggage storage services.

Apartment | Walk 2 Beach | Backup Power Generator

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Condado is one of San Juan's high-end areas packed with tourists, so people are on the street 24/7. It's right between Old San Juan and Ocean Park, other high-end neighborhoods. The building has a backup generator and water cistern in case of power and/or water outages during your stay. The unit is for two guests, and having more guests is prohibited. Additional guests that stay against the rules pay $50 per night.

Restaurants, shops, the beach and local parking are all just steps away from the building.
