All units have view facing Punta Rata beach and own parking. Apartment consists of one large bedroom, hall, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. There is one double bed and a single bed in the room. In the kitchen there is sofa bed. We have large private parking space.

The house is located in a dead-end street with very little traffic. To the center is 350m and to the nearest beach 290m. The house is 48m above sea level. From the house to the beach down the hill takes about 5-6minutes, from the beach to the house uphill takes about 8-9 minutes with the road, no stairs.
