This 10x12 sq ft studio home is a 5 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to town in Lo de Marcos. LdM is conveniently located between San Pancho and Guayabitos . The small pueblo of Lo de Marcos sports a gorgeous beach, friendly people and lots of restaurants! Sorry, no kitchen/ laundry available. Please support the local village! You share the lovely garden area with the other studio suite. Outdoor shower for “after the beach” rinsing. There are cats living here. No other pets allowed.

Casita Redonda is 600 sq. ft. ground level studio suite, comes with a upper patio deck with views of the ocean. It is situated within the safe walls of the Casa Vista de las Islas complex. Decorated with Mexican flair and only foot steps from the Los Ayala beach. The casita has access to a out door heated swimming pool with breath taking views of the ocean.
