Holiday rentals with a patio in Punta Umbría

Tivemos uma estadia fantástica em família (3 adultos e 3 crianças) nesta casa maravilhosa! Desde o início, a comunicação com o hospedeiro foi excelente — sempre disponível, com indicações úteis e relevantes que facilitaram muito a nossa chegada e estadia. A casa estava perfeitamente preparada para receber famílias com crianças: encontramos cadeiras de alimentação, banheira para bebé, toalhas de praia, guarda-sol, secador de cabelo e muitos outros detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente em casa. A localização é ótima, numa zona muito tranquila, ideal para descansar. A piscina com água aquecida foi um dos pontos altos — perfeita para relaxar com os mais pequenos. A praia próxima também é muito calma, ideal para as crianças correrem e brincarem à vontade. Em termos de conveniência, há supermercados a menos de 5 minutos de carro, e mesmo ao lado da casa há uma farmácia e um café com pão delicioso (1 minuto de carro). Sem dúvida, uma experiência a repetir.

The apartment was very nice, spacious and had all the amenities you could need for holiday. Anthony is a very good host, he replied to any questions we had and was very helpful while we were at his apartment. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Anthony and the apartment and we hope to return

Sehr großzügige, neu eingerichtete Wohnung mit Balkon zum Frühstücken und Blick aufs Watt des Formosa-Rivers und den Atlantik. Zwei Schlafzimmer (eins mit Etagenbett), zwei Bäder, großes Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Atlantikstrand nur von Mai bis Oktober per Fähre erreichbar, es gibt aber auch einen Stadtstand. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten zum 7 Tage die Woche offenen Supermarkt und zum Bahnhof Fuseta A, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum und zur Fähre. Die tolle Dachterrasse mit super Blick über den Ort und aufs Meer haben wir erst am letzten Tag entdeckt, es war unklar ob sie zum Appartement gehört. Wir wären gern länger geblieben, aber es gab Nachmieter und Fabricio vermittelte uns eine schöne neue Unterkunft.

Nous avons passé un super séjour malgré le temps moyen, l’appartement est super bien placé, calme, la vue incroyable, proche de tous commerces et très bons restaurants aux alentours Maria nous a accueilli en personne, elle est vraiment adorable, accueillante, et nous a tout expliquer, j’ai hâte de retourner à ayamonte, charmante petite ville et surtout dans l’appartement de Maria, merci encore pour votre gentillesse nous avons pu changé d’air grâce à vous

Heerlijke week gehad in Islantilla. Carlos is gastvrij en goed bereikbaar. We arriveerden een dag later doordat de vlucht geannuleerd was en uit zichzelf bood Carlos aan de kosten voor de niet genoten nacht te delen. Vervolgens hadden we vlak voor oudejaarsavond een probleem met de elektriciteit, stoppen voor het keukenblok lagen eruit. Nog dezelfde dag heeft Carlos een elektriciën geregeld, die het probleem heeft verholpen. Al met al en fijn verblijf, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

È stato tutto perfetto quindi sarebbe inutile aggiungere commenti. Abbiamo trovato una casa perfetta con un cesto di arance buonissime ad attenderci. Bottigliette d'acqua in frigo e shampoo e bagnoschiuma in doccia. La terrazza è la ciliegina sulla torta. La posizione per noi è stata perfetta perchè in pochi minuti abbiamo raggiunto tutti i campi da golf dove abbiamo giocato. Grazie Rodrigo!

Steffanie was great at check-in, she met us there early and talked us through the place. Lovely apartment with a great pool that our girls loved even in the cooler weather. The apartment is close to a nice street full of restaurants and bars. We took a taxi to Tavira a few times as we loved exploring there.

We adored Michelle’s property, it was the perfect spot for us to relax and unwind, while having endless fun in the pool and watching the stars on the rooftop! The property is in a beautiful secluded area perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday with privacy, it was very clean, great amenities and the most stunning scenic surroundings to the property with a wonderful pool and dinning area where we have lovely dinners and got ready for evenings out together. Michelle was the most responsive and generous host we have come across who offered suggestions, instructions and help throughout the trip, replying with lightening speed. There is no wonder they’re a super post, if I could rate it 6 stars I would! Amazing.

Juan es un anfitrión súper atento a todo, nos respondía súper rápido a cada duda que nos surgió, su alojamiento tal como describe y con su encanto. Estuvimos con un bebé y nos llevamos nosotros la cuna de viaje y cabía perfecta en la habitación de matrimonio. Nos sentimos como en casa la verdad, es mi primera vez que cojo un Airbnb y siempre te surgen dudas, pero gracias a que Juan estuvo súper atento y las indicaciones bien explicadas, el acceso a la vivienda fue súper cómodo. Tuvo el detallazo de cómo no entraba al día siguiente nadie dejarnos irnos un poquito más tarde. Así que gracias mil Juan. 10 de 10 🤩👍🏻

An authentic stay in a very peaceful and secluded setting. Good value for money. Some things could do with updating in time (kitchen, utensils etc), but can't complain considering the very reasonable price. The pool was lovely and outdoor space was perfect. It was our first time in Portugal and we didn't mind travelling to beaches etc from the location as we were able to enjoy the rural countryside and quiet roads. If you like a peaceful, quiet retreat then this is a great place to stay.

The house was great. Perfect position if you want to be staying in central Tavira. Jean-Louis and Lee were very welcoming, efficient, kind and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

A lovely week in a beautiful house. Wonderful views over the Rio Formosa. We were unfortunate with the weather but it didn’t spoil our stay in this beautiful house. Laura was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. We would love to return at a sunnier time !

We're four friends who had a great stay at José's lovely beach house. He was super-friendly & helpful, and gave us flexibility on check-in/out times. There's an un-official 4th bedroom - it's small with bunk beds & no windows - but it was a nice surprise as it meant no-one had to share a room. The master bedroom is spacious with a big en-suite & there's another large bathroom too. We all thought our beds were firm & very comfortable with soft cotton bed linen. The kitchen was very well-equipped (for a short-term rental), although we could have used another chopping board. The little garden out the back was so peaceful and pretty with a lemon tree in full fruit and a big sociable table & chairs. Another set outside on the front verandah meant we could take full advantage of the lovely ocean/island views and sit in the sun eating breakfast & other meals. We all loved the house, the location and Jose's friendliness & simpatico approach. Full marks all round for a great long weekend

We had a great stay, it’s a great place for peaceful relaxation. Plenty of outdoor space and the pool is great to cool off in.

We stayed at Ruben’s villa, which has a swimming pool and is located in a unique setting, surrounded by olive groves. The house has everything needed to enjoy a stay. Ruben had given us a map of the area to help us find the house in a certain location. However, it’s actually easier, since the road where the villa is located has a name — “Calle la Hoya” — and it’s enough to enter that in Apple Maps. The geographical location is ideal, as it allows us to access both the beaches of towns like Isla Cristina and Moguer, as well as the Sierra de Aracena, where you can visit the “Dehesas,” which are natural areas with oak, holm oak, and cork trees that provide food for the Iberian pig. For visitors looking to escape the usual tourist routine, this is the perfect place.

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour chez Jesus. L’emplacement est magnifique. L’appartement très agreable, sa terrasse est spacieuse et notre hote tres reactif.

O apartamento localiza-se numa urbanização tipo condomínio fechado, num bloco com a melhor vista de todo o empreendimento. No terraço/ varanda de trás encontramos tudo para desfrutar das vistas e do bom tempo, sofás e cadeirões, almofadas e 2 espreguiçadeiras. No interior, as fotografias falam por si, mas tudo é uma preciosidade, sobretudo para quem aprecia detalhes. O único senão é o facto de a piscina ter horário restrito, é pena não dar para ir de manhã. De resto, precisa de ir de carro para fazer compras, tomar refeições, ir à praia, etc. No geral, uma experiência muito positiva!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem schönen, gut ausgestatteten und blitzsauberen Appartement. Filipe war jederzeit unkompliziert erreichbar und hat uns auch proaktiv kontaktiert. Das Appartement liegt sehr nahe an netten Restaurants und zum Bootsanleger an den Strand. Es waren immer freie Parkplätze direkt vor der Appartmentanlage. Die beiden zum Appartment gehörigen Tiefgaragenstellplätze haben wir nicht benötigt. Vielen Dank, Filipe, für die Möglichkeit den Check-out ein wenig nach hinten zu legen und für die vielen guten Restauranttipps. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Cabanas de Tavira und in Ihrem schönen Apartment.

Elvira war jederzeit erreichbar und stets sehr hilfsbereit. Die große Dachterasse mit Blick über Tavira ist ein Traum! An heißen Sommertagen kühlt die Wohnung leider auch nachts kaum ab, damit sollte man im Dachgeschoss natürlich auch rechnen. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig, trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit im Zentrum, beim Supermarkt oder bei der Fähre Richtung Strand. Wir hatten eine rundum tolle Zeit :)

Nous avons passé un excellent moment, tout le nécessaire y est, on se sent comme à la maison. résidence très calme et agréable merci à Cristiano pour flexibilité pour notre arrivée au logement. on recommande à 100%

Es ist wirklich eine paradiesische Unterkunft mit viel Ruhe und vor allem Erholung. Toller Pool und ein super bequemes Bett.

El apartamento es excelente, en muy buen estado, limpio y equipado con todo. unas vistas fantásticas y bien localizado para visitar PN Doñana, la playa, restaurantes. la unica pega pero es algo común en Matalascañas son las escaleras, para personas con movilidad reducida puede ser un inconveniente. volveremos sin duda Gracias Victor y Paqui

Perfecto todo y muy limpio me encanto el piso y la Armonía que tenía y la distribución. perfecto para pasar unos días.
