Experience the authentic Tuscany between the sea and the countryside! Our Casetta Valmora estate is located 10 km from Follonica and Massa Marittima. The apartment with private patio, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning overlooks the garden with two sun loungers, ideal for couples, families, and friends. Starting in June 2026, the new panoramic infinity pool overlooking the woods will be available for moments of pure relaxation. In the surrounding area, discover medieval villages, Cala Violina, bike routes, golf (15 km away) and local products.

The garden by the sea

A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

La Casa di Alvino

Casa Alvino (sleeps 5+2) is surrounded by a large and shaded garden within a very exclusive centuries-old pine forest. The beach is private and is about 300m from the house. The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with a shower, one of which is smaller without a bidet, a living room, and a kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. On the beach there is a wooden sun canopy with two sun loungers and two deckchairs and a small shed to change and leave something.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
