Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. Amy’s Place

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!
