Grate host!

We loved staying here and plan on coming back. It was easy access with our boat to Silver Springs. I wouldn’t change anything about our stay. The host was a gem and the place was perfection. 5 stars isn’t enough- 10/10!

Beautiful home on a perfect lake - I rented both houses for a shared bachelor week, and every was amazing. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, including setting us up with 7 kayaks. The houses were both better than they looked in the pictures, with large modern kitchens and nice furniture. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Lastly, the docks are great, and there are lots of birds and fish around. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and the property was largely shaded so it was pretty cool throughout the day. There was a bunch of parking.

Franks place was perfect, quiet, and peaceful spot. Had plenty of variety of activities to do. Wasn’t too far from town at all. Highly recommend this place for any vacation or just to get away

We really enjoyed the stay at Deanna’s place. The beds were comfortable, so the sleep was good. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stay at her place!

For my first time being in Florida the house was beautiful it was located right near St Johns River quiet very friendly.

It was a wonderful getaway for our family! We have a 5year old fisherman, and every morning he’d run straight to the dock with his fishing rod in hand. We caught lots of panfish, catfish, and even two stingrays (all released, of course!). The location is beautiful, its nestled along a peaceful, secluded canal. We were lucky with timing (early April), so we didn’t have to deal with many mosquitoes or bugs. Just 10 minutes away is Mud Springs- definitely worth a visit, especially on a weekday when it’s less crowded. We also really enjoyed exploring Silver Springs. Denise was a great host and shared all the helpful info we needed ahead of time.

15 of us stayed here for a family vacay PROS The place is STUNNING and well kept Plenty of couches - seating everywhere. The place is equipped with almost everything you need to cook and bake Flexible check in- we were allowed to check in early and check out late. CONS Far from places - I’d bring what you need or go once to Supermarket and buy everything at once Propane wasn’t provided and it was inconvient to have to buy- what’s the purpose of providing a grill if there’s no gas. Only two bathrooms, one in the master bedroom. Because one is in the master, it really ends up being one bathroom for 14 people and it was tight and people fighting over bathrooms. Even if there was a third outdoor bathroom- that would’ve been better. The listing didn’t really say what the kitchen was equipped with so we brought way too much Pet fee was high - this is a perfect place to bring my pups, but $200 per pet is simply too much. $200/2 pets would have been reasonable. OVERALL

We enjoyed a very peaceful weekend at the river. The home has a beautiful view and was very clean and well supplied. Kim was an outstanding host.

Chelsea’s property was perfect for our group of people. Absolutely beautiful. My bridesmaids and I got ready on the property for the big day. Pictures came out absolutely stunning there. Great stay! Thank you Chelsea!

The perfect place to stay if you want to get downtown away from the busy town, but also be close by. The property is dreamy!

Julie’s condo was exactly as described. The view was amazing and just a short walk to the boat and pool. The unit is very well maintained and clean, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. My group thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely be back soon. Julie was beyond helpful with condo info and info on boat slips and ramp usage, and always was quick to respond to my requests.

Well worth the price. Beautiful quiet place. Pool was nice to have. Very responsive and helpful since we are from out of town. Would definitely stay here again next time in town.

We stayed at Crescent City Fish Camp in a tiny home on a fishing trip.Perfect for us. Nice place. Beautiful sunrises. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back next year!

Our stay was amazing, it was very peaceful away from all the noise. Enjoyed all the nature. Very clean place lots to do.

Large home accommodated our group nicely. One suggestion would be to put on window coverings for privacy and have wine glasses.

Great place! Everything was super clean and cozy and extremly comfortable. Perfect for me and my husband. The AC kept the whole place cold and the fridge too. Perfect location to walk Ravine Gardens. Just did a stop over before heading to the springs. Palatka Coffee was excellent. Wonderful place for a night or two. I would highly recommend.

Sandra, a gracious and attentive hostess, ensured every detail was flawless. Her warm hospitality made my stay unforgettable, and I look forward to returning to experience the property’s natural beauty again. As a female traveler, I felt completely safe throughout my stay, even without my loyal German Shepherd, who was also welcomed off-leash. The peaceful comfort of the property was exactly what I needed to rejuvenate. Cozy accommodations and tranquil surroundings seemed thoughtfully designed to promote healing and calm. The wildlife was extraordinary—majestic cranes taller than me, jumping fish, nesting eagles, playful cats, and vibrant lizards all added to the charm. The connection to nature here is awe-inspiring and made my time truly special. Every moment spent was restorative and unforgettable. The extra clothes hangers are a real plus.

Fantastic stay! My husband, son, and two of their friends came for a fishing trip and absolutely loved it. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. They caught plenty of fish and had a great time relaxing after long days on the water. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great fishing nearby!

It's the second time we stayed here and both times Linse's home was just what we needed to relax and spend some reflective time in nature. The first time my Mom had just passed away and believe it or not we got news of my father-in-law's passing during this trip. My wife especially likes all the personal touches Linse has made throughout the cabin. We were visiting our daughter at UF on both trips, but during this one she graduated! This is a special place. Big enough for two couple or a big family. I hope to be back yet again some day. Who knows? Maybe a grandkid will be a Gator too!

A great place to stay and an even better host to book with. The place was perfect for our larger number. Plenty of beds/seating without being crowded. Comfortable furniture/beds. The host thought of everything and had so many amenities at the house that were not expected and that we’ve yet to see at other air bnbs. Whitney even had a welcome note with smores laid out for us. We’ll be booking again for next year. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Don’t hesitate, go ahead and book the trip.
