Welcome to the Gite de La Roche. Come and relax in this green paradise where the only sounds are the music of running water and birdsong. Our gite is less than 500m from the Bort les Orgues lake on the River Dordogne. You can enjoy your stay in the middle of nature and all the activities we have to offer. Cycling, kayaks (for hire), fishing, swimming, hiking/walking (there are more than 50km of walking routes departing from the gite.) Close to La Bourboule, Le Sancy and the chain of volcanoes.

For 4 adults and 2 children, this peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It features a small private pool (3m x 4m, available from June to the end of August) and a Jacuzzi (available from May to the end of October, depending on weather conditions). You are just a 5-minute walk from the water’s edge (Dordogne) where you can enjoy the beach, stroll, admire the Château de Val, go hiking, or visit beautiful villages in Corrèze and Cantal... Lanobre (1400 inhabitants) with all its shops (food, bakery, bars, restaurant, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser etc...) offering many water activities with the Bort les Orgues dam, come and discover the Chateau de Val, village of Salers, the Bourboule, Mont Dore, hiking, the mountain (Puy de Sancy etc...), you won't be disappointed!!! So we're waiting for you!!!

Shambhala'Vane: Between Land and River

On the edge of the woods, the Shambhala 'vane invites you to recharge your batteries in its green setting, bucolic setting and soothing calm. This large caravan of 18 m2 can accommodate 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with sofa/bed and a beautiful shaded terrace. There is the possibility of putting two small private tents on the garden if a group of more than 4 people. Beautiful nearby walks and river 150 meters away

Buses nearby (100 m). Lake Aydat is a 20-minute drive away.
