Stone barn renovated into 2 adjoining cottages separated by a large interior garden area. It's a cozy cottage that I offer you, ideal for resting in the countryside at the farm. Peaceful covered terrace with private hot tub at each cottage (not allowed for young children) Ideal for 4 people or a couple Pleasant view, very quiet location. Many possible activities: canoeing, Gabares rides on the Dordogne, castles, villages, caves, museums, restaurants, flea markets... etc.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Fenced and wooded garden in a quiet green setting where rest and serenity reign, while being close to tourist sites The house consists of an equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom with a very large dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower Small and medium-sized dogs (knee height max) are accepted on request No cats, 1st and 2nd category dogs

Studio in a quiet area

Here is a single-storey studio on the ground floor of my house, with an exceptional view, quiet but very close to the city center and the shops of Puy l 'Evêque. Guests can enjoy a large covered terrace with garden furniture, a bedroom and an independent and private bathroom/toilet. I have arranged my cellar in a "basic" kitchen, not great luxury, but functional and reserved for rental. PS bedding is new (September 2024)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on the Lot river. You will stay in an old watermill within walking distance of a picturesque medieval town. Relax in a deck chair on a private beach by the river. There is a 1 or 2 person modern unsinkable sit on top kayak with which you can paddle down the beautiful river.
