Cozy and comfortable apartment in downtown Puerto Varas, steps away from everything. Spectacular view of Lake Llanquihue and the Osorno Volcano. It has 2 underground parking spaces in tandem. Three bedrooms; master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. Second bedroom with a double bed and third bedroom with two twin beds, both share a bathroom. Living-Dining room with terrace and lake view, with cable TV and Wi-Fi. Full kitchen. It has an elevator.

Small cabin, 16 m2, (dimensions similar to a container) construction in local wood, rustic mountain style, surrounded by native vegetation, near the bus terminal, Ideal for young people, maximum 2 people (an additional small child and a pet are allowed with prior authorization from the owner). Only for people who enjoy a natural environment in a wooded area very close to downtown. It is a studio in which the sleeping space and the kitchenette are integrated.

This place is perfect to unplug or plugin, but always a relaxing vacation with friends and family. Start your day swimming in the imposing Llanquihue lake just downstairs from the house. Take your kayaks and explore. Enjoy a BBQ at the waterfront terrace by the tree. 50 min from Osorno Volcano Ski Center.

Frutillar, a paradise in the South !!

The house is in the center of Frutillar Alto, Villa Sajonia is a safe, quiet, clean place, you can walk there, (I also have a Rent a Car in case you need that service) everything is close, supermarkets, restaurant, bus terminal 4 minutes by car to the beach, Llanquihue Lake, Teatro del Lago, in Frutillar bajo and walking you reach it in 20 minutes. Yurt in Northern Patagonia, Puyehue

El Taique is a privileged area in the district of Puyehue since it has views of Lake Puyehue and Rupanco and the Osorno, Puntiagudo and Cerro Sarnoso volcanoes. It is located behind the Puyehue National Park and the Aguas Calientes Hot Springs. It is an area full of vegetation, native forests and streams. A quiet and wonderful place. And here is our yurt, made by us and mostly with recycled materials.

Warm Loft with great view and balcony

The loft sits on top of a small barn. It has large picture windows with a clear view of Lago Llanquihue and Volcan Osorno. There is a small balcony with outdoor seating. The interior decoration is entirely local hardwood, stone, and wool. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a pellet stove that keeps it warm even on sub freezing days. The loft is a 20 minute walk from Puerto Varas center.

Beautiful cabin 7 minutes from downtown Puerto Varas. Located on the shores of the Maullín in a 5,500 m2 park. River suitable for bathing and fishing (seasonal only). It has a hot tub (value not included in the trap). It is a small cabin, fully equipped and is located in a spectacular setting, surrounded by nature.
