Peaceful cottage in the middle of nature near Porvoo and the archipelago, on the edge of the forest, 15 km from Porvoo and 30 km from Loviisa. Perfect for two, but can accommodate four (2 sofa beds) if needed. Private yard, two terraces, wood-burning sauna, barbecue area and fully equipped kitchen. Bicycles can be borrowed and the beach is 2.5 km away. An excellent choice for a holiday or business trip. Note! The nearest shop or restaurant is not just around the corner, so bring your own snacks and delicacies – here you can enjoy in peace.

An atmospheric yard with river views

The yard building with its own yard and deck is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy home is only a 5-minute drive to the services. Massive kelo stairs and wooden surfaces add a vibe to the upstairs sleeping and living area. Downstairs is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer time, guests will have access to the host's beach with swimming facilities.

Huoneisto on pieni ja näppärä (n. 18m2) ja sopii siksi parhaiten 2 hengelle (lisäpatja mahdollinen lapselle). Suihkuun mennään ulkokautta, rantatohvelit on.

Near the Strömfors ironworks area we have a big house by Alvar Aalto office. One part of it is for rent. The house is about five minutes walk from the ironworks area. In Strömfors there are sights, services and activities. There are no kitchen, but it`s possible to make breakfast.

A lovely place in the countryside with a beautiful landscape, charming old buildings, a great sauna and most of all: amazing and friendly hosts! We received valuable help from the hosts to make our stay memorable and wonderful! A perfect place for a small group of friends to spend a peaceful weekend. Very nice Airbnb. Right on the sea. Very modern contemporary. Great for all of us. We had 7 adults and one young child. We did have some difficulty using the smart pad but the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great quiet place, stayed for 2 weeks while training at Aeronautica. Has kitchen and washer machine. 10 minute walk to the tunnel and gas station. Bus from Helsinki stops at highway about 15 mins away. Parking available on site.

Very nice little guest cottage in a beautiful location. We were able to wash and sleep, it was peaceful. The cottage is fully equipped for the two adults. The host wasn't there, but she responded to messages very kindly and quickly, and her husband introduced us to the beach and summer kitchen. If there's a need in this area later, I'll definitely be back.
