The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Completely renovated "chalet spirit", very functional apartment T2 mansard, located in the residence "Les Gentianes" in Bolquère/ Pyrenees 2000, at the foot of the ski slopes (50 m) and hiking trails. Its proximity to the start of the slopes, ski school, all entertainment, children's play park and shops is appreciated. On the 4th floor, rooftop, with an elevator. Secure ski locker on the ground floor and large parking (not private) at the foot of the residence.
