Apartment holiday rentals in Qawra, St. Paul's Bay

The place is like the photos, the kitchen is really good and will equipped. it was easy to find and in a good location for those that wants to be near the sea and surrounded by restaurants. By car, it's 20 minutes away from most interest points in Malta.

Rowen was a fantastic host. He met us and went through the instructions showed us where everything was. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, so clean. The little pool was adequately heated, it’s too small to swim in, but lovely to chill and look at the lovely views. Unfortunately on our 1st day the builder next door decided to do some drilling at 7 am in the morning. For the inconvenience, Rowen did not charge us the €20 for the heating of the pool and the tax. Albeit we were there for two days To relax after being in Villetta for five days, it is what we needed. It’s not located near the beach (25-30mins walking) there are some supermarket right downstairs but we chose to take a 25 minute walk down into the town and have more options of restaurants. Bolt is really accessible so you don’t have to walk if you don’t need to. It does have a busy roundabout out front but your are pretty high up (4th floor) so it did not bother us.

The apartment was lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The host were incredibly friendly and responsive. She provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and were quick to answer any questions we had during my stay. The location couldn't have been better - We were able to walk to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and several attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and had a great atmosphere, even in the evenings. Overall, this place met all our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great location. Close to attractions for every taste. Scubadiving, catamarans, restaurants. Right next to the appartment also pool which you can use for additional pay. View from the window was breath taking. Sunny mornings on the balcony with sea view. Thank you for great comunication and allowing to check out a bit later ar we had a flight home only on 18:00. Absoltely recommend!

I had a lovely holiday staying at Matthew’s place. It’s really well located, a stones throw from a bus terminal, making it so easy to get around the island. Handily located shops and sights too. Matthew also made checking in incredibly easy, with very clear instructions.

This was a fabulous apartment overlooking the sea. It was light and airy and had all the mod cons. Really enjoyed staying here.

The penthouse apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The laundry room made it easy to wash and iron clothes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated supplies like dishwashing tablets and bin liners being provided, and we LOVED the coffee machine. The walk into St Pauls was very doable and it is close to cafe del mar, which we enjoyed spending a day at. There is a great bottle shop and ice cream shop right beside the apartment. We would not hesitate to book this lovely apartment again. One last thing, the balcony and sea views are really special. We had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Thank you for letting us stay and making our holiday experience really wonderful!

All the other reviews are spot on. This place is magnificent. The apartment is quite large with lots of space to spread out. The rooms and furnishings are modern and stylish. Chrystal was very helpful when checking in and super responsive to any questions. The location is great with lots of walkable restaurants. Bolt is readily available and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed getting takeout delivered to the house. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the pool and view. We spent so much time out there swimming and watching the boats come and go. This place is one of the very top places we have stayed anywhere.

Had a really lovely time at Alison’s place. Beautiful apartment, very clean and spacious with two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The outdoor pool was clean and very welcome after a hot day out. Fabulous restaurant with pool across the road called Sabi. The bus station is a few minutes walk up the road with buses to almost everywhere on the island. Alison and her husband were really kind and helpful and responsive to our queries. The TV has Sky sports and movies. The only thing lacking were sun beds or loungers around the pool area; there are benches to sit however. Malta is a beautiful island as is Gozo a ferry ride away.

Very private, had a pool and gym which was close to the apartment. Near the shops and short drive to the food places.

Ce logement est juste parfait, nous sommes restés un mois, cela restera le meilleur logement que nous avons eu à Malte . Merci encore eux.

A lovely apartment right in the heart of Bugibba, easy walking distance to everything. Steve was very attentive and responsive. One morning we lost all power to the apartment so contacted Steve immediately. He arrived within minutes to check and explained to us that Malta often has blackouts & the entire area was out. He was very apologetic even though this was entirely out of his control. We explained it wasn't a huge issue and we were going out for the day anyway. About half an hour later we received a message informing us that they had issued a small reimbursement to cover the cost of our breakfast due to the inconvenience. A lovely gesture that was greatly appreciated.

Die Wohnung ist super schön und sauber. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und Zimmer ist atemberaubend. Kirsty Anne ist eine herzliche Person. Sehr nett, hilfsbereit, sehr sehr freundlich. Antwortet schnell auf jede Frage. Ich empfehle die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter. Vielen lieben Dank 🙏🏻

Josette was very helpful and prompt with responses, we had an issue with the air con and an engineer was out first thing next morning and fixed it. The apartment itself is clean and beautiful. It does have a number of steps up to entrance before the lift so maybe not suited to someone with mobility issues

Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos, tout était très propre à mon arrivée. L’appartement se situe en ville, mais il est très bien exposé car nous n’entendons que très peu de bruit. Il se situe à moins de 10 minutes en voiture de La Valette ce qui est très pratique. Les instructions de l’hôte ont étés très utiles, l’hôte est très réactif et très aimable. Je recommande ce logement à 100%.

Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άψογη και πολύ φιλικός ως πρώτο να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να μας βοηθήσει για την άφιξη μας. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και ακριβός όπως φαινόταν στις εικόνες. Η καθαρτήρια έκανε άψογη δουλειά και ήταν πολύ φιλική και ευγενική ως προς να μας βοηθήσει καθώς φτάσαμε νωρίτερα και περάσαμε από το διαμέρισμα να αφήσουμε τα προσωπικά μας αντικείμενα μέχρι να έρθει η ώρα να κάνουμε το check in. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και προσπάθησε να μας βοήθησε σε ότι απορία είχαμε ως προς την διαμονή μας και την μεταφορά μας στην χώρα. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!!!

Tolles Apartment! Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden - die Terrasse mit Grill und Whirlpool ist das absolute Highlight. Parkplatz für ein Mietauto direkt vor der Haustüre ist leider etwas schwierig zu finden. Würde es für meinen nächsten Malta Trip definitiv nochmal buchen ☺️

Great location. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Ferry to Valletta and loads of tours all walkable. Apartment very comfortable for 4 adults both bedrooms en-suite. Fantastic views from balcony and having a hot tub was an added bonus. Jean-Pierre is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. Lots of recommendations. Lovely welcoming basket of fresh fruit, pastries, water and sparkling wine!!

Lovely, well equipped apartment in a peaceful location. Only 10 minutes walk to the main square in Xaghra and less than a 30 minute stroll into Victoria. The apartment has everything you need and the outside terrace is massive with all day sunshine. Check in was really simple and all communication was prompt and helpful. This is a lovely spot for a quiet break in beautiful Gozo - can’t wait to visit again.
