Beautiful view over the Nile, spacious apartment and very helpful host who was kind enough to offer us quite an early check in and drove us to the station after our checkout. The area is authentic Luxor so don’t expect the shiny streets of resorts, but rather enjoy the beauty of being surrounded by locals which we actually preferred :)

this Villa was very nice and the price was very cheap...First we think it can be true😃😃 Saleh was very nice .. the rooms was Clean and nice Style ...we have a terrace with nice nile few...the Pool was very nice and Clean . IT was very nice to sleep there...we will come again .. inshallah 😃😊

Good place and location. I also found great hospitality and professionalism from Mostafa. Very good communicator with to ability to solve the issues that arose during the stay. Will definitely going back there again.

If you’re looking for a more relaxed version of Luxor then the West Bank and Yasser’s hotel is the place for you. Yasser and his host skills are what made our 10 day stay in Luxor so memorable. He’s happy to arrange all your tours and transportation and he’ll give you budget options too. He’ll make great suggestions of when to see something or maybe to do an activity you weren’t thinking about. We were lucky enough to have ample time to see the main sites of Luxor but also have time for local egyptian life and Yasser invited us to his family home for a meal, to a local festival and many more authentic experiences. We are so grateful for his kindness. The flat is big and spacious. The kitchen needs a few more pieces of equipment to be able to cook a meal but I was able to make small lunches and snacks for the kids in it at least. The rooftop pool, loungers, billiards table and ping pong table were great to stay busy after a long day touring. Food was amazing as well.

Perfect! Maria is a really wonderful host - she was friendly, kind, interesting to chat to and super helpful, coming to meet us from the ferry and making sure we were settled in. She immediately made us feel comfortable - couldn't ask for more. The apartment itself is great. It is a very nicely decorated space with character. It's lovely - bright, airy, comfortable, and it has everything you could possibly need. We felt right at home. Everything is clean - comfy bed, nice bedding, towels etc all nice. And the terrace.....oohhhhh so great. It's a huge space with lots of comfortable places to lounge either in the shade or in the sun. We loved relaxing there both day and night. Overall, I don't think you will find a nicer host or a better place to stay in Luxor. Thank you!

Fantastic apartment. Has everything you need. The view is beautiful and offers a bit of serenity compared to what you find in the city center and at many of the historical sites. The hosts are super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking a tour with them. They're both Egyptologists and will take you off the beaten track to see places with no other tourists. It was incredible to have tombs completely to yourself. Had a great stay!

Super séjour à la Guest house, Hagag est très sympathique et s'adapte au mieux à ses clients ! la maison est impeccable et tres bien localisé ! N'hésitez pas à prendre les conseils de l'hôte ils sont avisés ! cependant laissez vous tenter par quelques excursions seuls si cela vous tente c'est tout à fait faisable et agréable aussi ! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Amr’s place in Luxor! He is an incredibly warm and cheerful host who even came to pick us up from the train station, which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared with snacks and drinks waiting for us. In a city where it’s easy to fall into tourist traps—especially with horse carriage rides—Amr kindly connected us with a trustworthy and friendly driver, making the experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at his place. It’s a hidden gem in Luxor that you shouldn’t miss!

Die 2 Wohnungen im Haus haben einen grosszügigen Grundriss. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig und gemütlich. Die Betten sind bequem. Das WLAN ist brauchbat. Der Balkon bietet den ganzen Tag Schatten. Der Pool ist wunderschön. Mit den schönen Bäumen, der Sicht auf die Felder und Berge fühlt man sich der Natur sehr nahe. Azzab ist immer erreichbar und gibt Antwort bei etwelchen Fragen. This is the place to stay in Luxor if you’re seeking a spiritual, authentic and connected experience. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe—thanks to her guidance, care, and deep knowledge of Egypt. The home is stunning, built on the site of a former queen’s lake, with energetically powerful water to drink and bathe in. It’s a space of creative clarity, inspiration, and transformation. Community events (dance, sound healing, meditation) were deeply moving. The design is magical, the energy palpable, and the location perfect—very close to the main West Bank temples. Tjoni is a true visionary with a huge heart. I’m so grateful to her and wouldn’t hesitate to join her future retreats or recommend this sacred space.

While in Luxor you can expect A very warm and hospitable environment Qenut and Azab are very down to earth and accommodating to one's needs! A very comfortable place while in Luxor! They also do tours of the Nile, Pyramids, group Nile cruise excursions (10 or more) and desert excursions. Very modern living conditions on the West Bank in Luxor.

La casa de Mohamed es excepcional, es maravilloso encontrar una casa con piscina para disfrutar sin compartir con nadie. El mantenimiento era diario, un ayudante de Mohamed comprobaba cada día el estado del agua y nivel de cloro de la piscina. Las estancias de la casa son amplias y techos muy altos, eso, junto con la orientación Norte/Sur del edificio, nos permitió disfrutar de nuestra estancia sin necesidad de aire acondicionado, la temperatura exterior era de 38 grados. El aseo tiene una inmensa bañera (y agua caliente). La cocina tiene lo básico para funcionar, frigorífico, horno, cocina de gas,... El salón es muy amplio y dispone de mesa grande y práctica para comer. Se puede disfrutar de una terraza en la parte superior de la casa con un acceso lateral, tiene sillones y mesa de madera, hermosas vistas. Las fotos que aparecen en Airbnb se ajustan a la realidad.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the view was breathtaking. The pool was perfect — clean, relaxing, and a true highlight of the place. The area is peaceful and very safe, ideal for a relaxing vacation. What truly made our experience exceptional was the tour guide Ahmed. He took everything to another level — incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and always made sure we had the best of everything: from delicious local food to unforgettable temple visits and a stunning Nile cruise. He truly made our trip 100 times better. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience — we’ll definitely be back!

We arrived late at night and were worried because the place seemed to be on the edge of the city. But then we met our friendly host. The location is very close to the Nile River. On the corner, there is a family-run restaurant with good food and fair prices. The neighbors are fun, and there are many restaurants and markets on the river street. The house is very beautiful and clean, and the backyard is perfect. The only downside was the internet, which was very slow, so we gave up using the Wi-Fi. The biggest highlight was the host—his name is Momo, and now he is my Egyptian friend.

If you want the authentic Egyptian experience with some comfort amenities, this is a great stay. You do have to drive through a traditional diet rad village to get there, so choose your vehicle wisely, but if you want to get out of the resort without losing comfort, this is it. It’s a 10-15 minute drive from all of the major sites. Great stay.

The house was very beautiful on the inside and outside. The rooms were big and clean and the airconditioning was very helpfull. the rooftop was also very nice with a good view of the nature. Abdallah was an awsome host who made us feel welcome and at home, and was always helpfull from the moment we arrived. He made sure to give as a good expierence of the city by organizing and giving amazing tours as a guide but mostly as a friend. I would highly recommend booking this house!

Mohammed was a very helpful and kind host. He will always make sure you’re okay. He brought us some bananas first night we stayed in. Which was very nice from him 🥹🥰 The place is located in the peaceful site of the city which makes the place a peaceful home. The swimming pool definitely is the star of the house. My little one enjoyed a lot. The only thing I will recommend to Mohammed is equipe the kitchen a little bit more. Maybe few more cutlery and fry pans will be helpful. Overall was a great place to stay in! Thank you very much.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut und der Ort ist ruhig und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Über 3 Balkons konnte man den Nil schauen. Die Wohnung war einfach toll mit alles was sie anzubieten hat. Ezzat und sein Onkel waren sehr freundlich und hat uns alle Fragen geantwortet. Gerne nochmal!

숙소는 시내하고 조금 떨어진곳으로 주변이 조용하고 아파트 바로 입구에 대형 마트가 있어서 웬만한 생필품은 구매 가능(술 제외) 시내 외출 필요시 인드라이브 로 차를 호출하면 되요

Ahmed Ali was zo aardig ons eerder op onze kamer te laten dan officieel de bedoeling was, dat was erg fijn. Ahmed Ali is ontzettend aardig, oprecht en communicatief. Waren we hem eerder tegengekomen dan was ons wellicht eerder gedoe op onze reis bespaard gebleven. De plek is fijn en heeft een relaxte vibe. Je zit vlakbij de bootjes om naar de overkant te varen en er zijn enkele restaurantjes en een winkeltje binnen 100 meter. We hadden met plezier wat langer willen blijven…

Ammar is responsive for communication. The place is right in from Nile River with peaceful view. This place is located at Westbank, in a local village.

Badawi promptly responded to my advance questions re: the best time to arrive, how I can go to his listing to check in, how he can show me where to go for shopping and food, how I can have my things sent to me, how my rental is private, how he will let the employees know not to bother me, and anything else I needed such as the wonderful free breakfast, WiFi, etc. When my plane landed, I texted Badawi as we discussed prior to my arrival, and he gave me clear directions on how to take the taxi to the ferry with the few things I had brought on the plane, then met me at the ferry dock, carried my things to his car, and chauffeured me the rest of the beautiful way to the rental. The place was better than expected. Rarely have I felt so at home!! He had a working refrigerator with some welcome fruit in it, showed me how to open the balcony doors for air or just sunshine, and then let me stay in peace unless I needed anything, at which time he responded very well and professionally.
