抱歉！我們不再回覆30天以下的詢問. ［無論你要住幾天］最低請訂29晚，（房客雖然訂29晚，但要住幾天是房客的事，只要在租約到期日把鑰匙交回即可）提早離開不能要求退未住日數，我們不能提供日租和週租（違法的）請見諒。訂房步驟； 1.提出入住起始日，晚數輸入29晚申請 2.核准後24小時內完成付款取得訂單 3.入住日需完成簡單的月租簽約（簽名+email）就可以了 4.退房離開時將房間鎖上，鑰匙投入指定位置歸還房東即算退房，不可再要求取鑰匙回住。「我們提供全戶淨水設備，請安心使用」以下重點規定請務必閱讀： 1. 不附任何餐點 2. 不可開派對 3. 全室禁菸、檳榔、豪飲、吸毒、挖礦（若違攜帶電競及周邊設備進入同意房東求償當期超額電費） 4. 禁帶寵物 5. 違反噪音防治法罰單由租客繳納 6. 室內無防摔防護，不歡迎8歲以下孩童 7. 無停車費補助 8. 不可使用明火 9. 房東察覺室內有異，租客同意報警處理 10. 違反重點規定房東有權立即停止契約，且不退已繳納的租款，並向平台提出求償屋損，租客無異議。
