It was a great stay at Anh's place. The apartment had all the necessary amenities for a great stay :)) The place is located very close to the west lake, making it super easy to walk around and grab some coffee near the lake ^^

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

This place is incredible. It looks the same with the photos posted. The place is also accessible to restaurants and shops. The only thing I’m concerned is there’s no exhaust in the water closet. But all in all, I recommend this place.

Their attentiveness and warm hospitality really made a difference. The location was also a big plus—peaceful, convenient, and close to restaurants. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We felt well taken care of and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place, and we’d absolutely love to return in the future!

great location, 20 min walk to old town but far enough out that it’s not too busy on roads. Space was beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Would recommend.

Hosts always respond quickly and provide quick assistance. The room is clean and consistent with the picture, but the bed is a bit cheap, so it was uncomfortable to spread my luggage because my back hurt and there was no table in the room. It is very convenient because it is close to Midding, a Korean town, and there are both markets and restaurants in the building.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

The host went above and beyond—when my baggage was lost at the airport, Mr. Toan immediately stepped in to help, offering support and guidance despite the late hour. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even arranged a taxi from the airport for me, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible given the circumstances. Truly outstanding hospitality. If you're considering booking—don’t hesitate! This place (and the host) is top-notch.

If you’re looking for a hotel-like experience with a unique twist, this place is perfect. The panoramic views of Hanoi from the large windows are absolutely stunning, and the cold A/C was a welcome comfort after a day of exploring. I felt completely safe during my stay, and the environment was peaceful and secure. Although it’s located in the tourist area, it still felt quiet and private — a great balance of convenience and calm. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located stay in Hanoi.

The place itself was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. What really stood out was the level of service—everything was thoughtfully prepared, and communication with the host was smooth and professional. It truly felt like a home away from home. Great place to stay!! I was in Hanoi for 7 weeks and this apartment was perfect, cleaned every couple of days if required, great location for all amenities.

I stayed in 2 places since the AC broke in the first one. For the place describe in here. It was a great place, the building is in a great location away from all the noise, and near enough everything. The weather in Hanoi was so hot that I moved around in grab. The host was really helpful went the AC broke down. In the same day they offer me to move in to a different apartment that they own. I wish I could have stayed here since it was so convenient for me. It's a great place.
