JX Ranch Bunkhouse - Cow Camp Room

Enjoy some peace and quiet away from the lights and noise of town in our rustic old Bunkhouse. Located 20 miles south of Tucumcari & I-40 (entrance across from mile marker 62 on Hwy 209) on a cattle ranch. 2.5 miles off the pavement on a dirt road (not suitable for motorcycles or very low clearance vehicles). You have your own entrance, private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. If we have guests in the adjoining (separate) unit (Longhorn Room), please be courteous and keep voices down. No wifi.

Beautiful A-Frame house on Ute Lake

Two bedroom A-Frame house with views of the lake. Great place for a weekend away. House is close to the campground and lake access.There is a grill and a fire pit on the property. The kitchen has everything that you will need for your stay. The only thing you need to bring is the food. Spices and oils are avail. There are towels and linens for your stay as well. There is plenty of parking space for vehicles and boats in the driveway. Fenced in section of the yard for your furry friends.

Peaceful rest on a farm surrounded by wildlife and breathtaking beauty . Sunrises, sunsets and unforgettable starry nights near the historic old Goodnight Loving trail. You are 1/2 hour from 2 excellent fishing lakes for bass, catfish, bluegill, walleye and crappie. Spring Turkey hunting haven for Rio Grand and Merriam varieties. Bird watchers delight in the many species around. The house is small with 3 rooms , 3 beds and 1 bathroom. Washer, dryer and dishwasher make it comfy .

3E Ranch House is located about 30 minutes south of I-40 on a working ranch. The brightest lights you’ll see are the stars! Enjoy ranch animals, wildlife, western history, porch sitting, a playground area for kids, lake views, and unmatched sunsets. The Ranch House is spacious and original. Ute Lake (fishing or boating), Tucumcari, Route 66, Santa Rosa, Fort Sumner, Clovis, hunting, hiking, and scenic byways traversing the caprock are all within easy distance of the Ranch House.

Yuma’s little get away

Enjoy the night on the back deck underneath the lights, playing corn hole or surround yourself around the fire pit. The large front deck is completely covered. The mornings are very peaceful outside or stay in and enjoy hanging out inside with three smart tvs. enjoy take out from one of the local restaurants within 5 minutes either direction. Phone numbers are on the fridge. Lake access is with in 5 minutes either direction. There is plenty of parking for boat trailers

(This listing is for both houses) Mulberry House faces the main road on Loop 540 and Bass Bungalow is directly behind it on the same property facing Rainbow. Enjoy sitting by the campfire and cooking a big family meal at our outdoor kitchen. This property is located exactly in between both State Park boat ramps.
