The condo is our tribute to the Quebec Summer Festival which is held in early July each year in our beautiful city. It is air-conditioned and located on the 6th floor. The building was built in 2022. It includes an elevator, a gym and a lounge area. Starting from early june, you will enjoy the roof terrace on the 12th floor with an impressive view of the city, a swimming pool (closed after october 31st), relaxation areas, a fireplace and barbecues at your disposal.
