Light and airy guest suite attached to main level of our family home. Includes one queen bed, full bath with shower, and kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, tea/coffee facilities, toaster and sink. Shared barbeque located on lower level. Small private patio off the back of the suite and parking in front. There are no shared spaces in the suite. Newly renovated basement suite (2024) with many little extras to discover. Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 15-20 min tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Bring warm clothing!
