Beautiful fully furnished private house for 5 people, air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, closed carport for 2 cars, gas BBQ, outdoor patio, Smart TV, Netflix, Wifi, Refrigerator, Washer, dryer, stove, microwave, kitchen utensils. Chairs, towels and beach cooler, first aid kit, blower. PLEASE NOTE: Handle gently our home this way our home will be always available for your return. Sorry our house is not qualified for wheelchairs, as showed in the pictures there are many areas that have steps.

This spacious and luxurious, brand new two-bedroom home has a spectacular view to the ocean. In clear days you can even see the Island of Vieques. Las Gaviotas (The Seagulls) gated community is peaceful and safe. The home was built by a retired Navy Officer who sailed the world in the 50-60’s and fought in WWII. His home reminded him of his sailing days. You can seat outside to admire the ocean or have some night life at the Marina located near at the other side of the road.

I have stayed at other places in this area when I launch or haul my boat at puerto Del Rey marina. Daniel’s was the nixes so far. Clean and comfortable with all the details covered and extra amenities like hot tub, pool table and laundry. Nice private back yard area. Daniel was very responsive to any questions, will definitely stay there again

We were traveling with a friend and between us there were 3 adults and 6 little girls. The two rooms with two bunk beds in each worked out great with the kids, in addition to the king bed master suite. The kids made full use of the pool and playground, and I enjoyed relaxing upstairs on the patio; grocery shopping at the nearby Amigo grocery store was very convenient. Lots of nice beaches nearby and El Yunque isn’t too far either. We also drove to Old San Juan one day and Hacienda Muñoz (gorgeous coffee farm with cafes and restaurant) on this trip. Vincent and his staff communicated very well and responded to questions and requests in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend for families with kids. A great find if you’re staying on this side of the island!

Lyvick was a fantastic host..Her place was a great spot and had all the amenities needed to make our stay as easy as possible. the location is great and is Very close to so many spots and locations. Wonderful stay. The house is gorgeous and the amenities are killer. Me and my group of friends had a ton of fun staying here. GREAT location. Host was super responsive and helpful. The house was a bit dirty BUT the host communicated to us that the group that stayed their before us left a pretty big mess. Would stay here again.
