This apartment has a well equipped kitchen with open plan lounge area and large, double glazed glass sliding doors leading out to 6x1 meter north facing balcony. Just a street back from the beach and one street away from the 199 public bus and only 2 bus stops away from Manly Wharf. This property comes with a designated car parking spot.

A 10-minute walk to 2 beautiful beaches, Freshwater & Queenscliff. This spacious and separate flat is the perfect place for your Northern Beaches holiday. Just 7 mins walk to quaint costal cafes, restaurants and shopping. Balcony overlooking lush green property. Is a family neighbourhood with kids about, it can get loud at times during the day especially on weekends. Stairs down to the flat for those with mobility issues. We do not have a baby chair and or a crib on-site. LGBTQIA+ welcome.

You have your own full kitchen and a combined bathroom laundry. For comfort you have ceiling fans & A/c.

Enjoy a tranquil stay at your own little guest house. Tucked away on a quiet street of Manly Vale, yet close to Manly as well as the B1 busstop if you would like an easy commute to Sydney CBD. Bikes available for our guests so you can enjoy a quick 5-10minute bike ride down to central Manly and the beach. Close by: 15 min walk to Queenscliff beach 5-10 min bike ride to Manly 5-10 min walk to closest cafés and grocery shops 5 min walk to B1 busstop (25min express bus to CBD)
