Beach House - A Perfect Sea View

We are happy to offer a private one bedroom apartment opposite the Point Lonsdale Front beach. Overlooking the bay, Port Phillip Bay heads and the shipping channels, the apartment is 10 years with modern fittings. The Apartment Fully self contained with a small kitchen, large dinning/ lounge area and private bed room with a comfortable queen bed. It has a private balcony with uninterrupted views of the water. Ideally sleeps 2 but can comfortably accommodate 4. There are two single divans in the lounge dining area. Across from the property is a safe swimming beach and within a short walk is the surf beach. Location Easy access to the village shopping centre ( 5 min walk) whereby you can access a supermarket, chemist and cafe's. Public transport is located in the village centre (bus services into Geelong). It is an Ideal for base to visit the surrounding areas have to offer- the Great ocean road, Queenscliff, Bellarine and Mornington Peninsula. Point Lonsdale is located 1 and half hours drive from Melbourne or easy access from the Geelong train station via bus (30 min). Avalon airport is 45 min away with a shuttle bus service to Point Lonsdale. Please confirm for availability before making a reservation request as we do rent it out thru other outlets. Check in time 2Pm check out 11am
