We loved the terrace, very pleasant, quiet. The accommodation is very good, well decorated, the floor is beautiful. We found the stairs to go to the rooms a little steep.

True to the description, a large courtyard makes it easy to park multiple vehicles. All the facilities and decor are new. You'll find everything you need in the space. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Access to the nearby expressway is an asset to visit the area… but it is heard outside the house. On the other hand, no noise enters the house, it is very well soundproofed and insulated. Modern TV equipment. You will find documents and tourist maps of the area upon your arrival. The little gifts in the kitchen were very nice. We recommend the hike of the customs trail of Hillon 😉 Thank you for the quality offered in your listing and the hospitality. Comfortable stay in a great location - would recommend.

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are of quality. Only shadows on the board, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we have not had hot water the last 2 days without the problem being solved.

We spent two wonderful weeks in a great Breton environment. The house is superbly located, although in the middle (bakery, gas station and grocery store directly within walking distance in a few minutes), it is also quiet with the small sweet sunny courtyard. We spent whole days at home and we didn't miss anything. Anthony was always directly available for questions and was always friendly and had great tips in store. The cozy house itself is well equipped, even washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing equipment are available. We left with a heavy heart, but we will certainly come back. 🥰🥰

Emeline's apartment is really nice and couldn't be more central in Lamballe. It should be about 10 minutes from the train station on foot, I recommend it without any problems.

Excellent stay in Marion's studio. It is clean, well-equipped and quiet. In addition, Marion was accommodating in lending a bike for a ride. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a great stay in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small attentions beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. The accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped and wonderfully located facing the beach. Communication with Kristell is fast and the host is very attentive. Thank you! The only small downside is that the shower cabin is a little narrow. If the opportunity arises, I will return to this accommodation.

We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Great accommodation, ideally located to enjoy Pleneuf. Once the car is parked, we can do everything on foot, everything is 2 steps away, a real joy! A sublime view from the balcony. The accommodation has all the basic necessities, it's really very nice. Sylvie was very available. The self check-in is a real plus. Recommended!!
