Lovely apartment in a great place. Domenico is very responsive and friendly.

The apartment in Dijon is the ideal central location for your stay in the city center. Everything is walkable and the city center is flat and paved. Every kind of service is within a few meters it seems. I even needed a needle and thread to repair a clothing tear and the store was literally around the corner. Dozens of restaurants, wine bars, boulangeries, chocolatiers, antique shops, clothing stores, the post office—it's all right there. Plus the apartment is in one of the medieval districts so you are living in history. Frèdèric and Emmanuelle are incredibly kind and proactive and they will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They made our stay in Dijon memorable. This apartment is newly renovated and, while small, it has everything you need. The bed is American queen and very comfortable. The shower and all hot water is immediate in the apartment. The heaters work great. The windows are new. The apartment is not for anyone who has trouble with stairs

Very central location with beautiful view. Our hosts were very communicative and flexible so the whole process was very easy. They also provided great local recommendations and tips. Everything was clean and comfortable and fine for 4 adults sharing. The bunk beds were comfortable for adults and while the main bathroom was connected to the main bedroom, the room with the bunks had its own toilet and sink so this was perfectly manageable.

Viviane is an excellent host. Le Loisy is an excellent apartment in an excellent location. We would not hesitate to return to Le Loisy and rent from Viviane again. Tres Bien Hébergement !

The location is ideal for easy walking through the historic area of the town and it is a moments walk to food, shops and the market. It was very hard to leave this beautiful place :)

We rented the accommodation to 3 friends to go to the music festival, the accommodation is quiet but very close to the center on foot. Beautiful apartment with home automation and all comforts, very nice terrace with a very clean spa like everything else, we are delighted with our stay and Noe is a great host!! Irene was an amazing host . She was very responsive and helpful right from the time of booking upto the end of our stay . We were a group of 6 people and it was a comfortable fit with very good kitchen amenities and washer / dryer facilities too . The living space was amazing where the whole group could spend lovely evenings together and in complete privacy . The place is in a very quiet area so one needs to drive out 10-15 min for restaurants . We loved our time here and thank Irene for being such a warm lovely host

Very satisfied with our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing all kinds of dishes, linens and towels were available, the apartment was comfortable and very clean. Excellent location about 15min from the city center on foot, and the train station is accessible by tram.

This property was ideal for my 6 night stay, as it was located in the Old Town, close it all the attractions with restaurants and bars close by. As the property overlooked a courtyard set back from the street, it was very peaceful.
