Comfortable stay, house equipped and very central but in quiet sector, there is shade and nice pool that we enjoy next to pet since it is very well fenced, and has accessibility for older adults with reduced mobility to the house [flat land] and has a bathroom/ shower with support bars.

Victor's house is wonderful, much better than what you see in the photos, which are apparently a little older. Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, with everything you need to have fun and rest. Very friendly and concerned hosts. Our only observation is that on the other side of the gazebo there is a large hill of horse manure, so the smell is not pleasant when barbecuing, and there are usually many flies. We also suggest adding a clothesline. The place is completely closed and fenced, very safe for our dog. We will definitely be back, 100% recommended.

A place near Catapilco to be able to rest and disconnect, but at the same time relatively close to the beach to take my daughters to their respective panoramas. The stay was very quiet, the space has everything you need to spend a good weekend. When I arrived, the heater was on, making the space very cozy. The bed is very comfortable and there is an extra blanket for the cold. The patio is very nice and has a hammock. I didn't use the grill. The kitchen is well equipped, but it would be appreciated if they offered oil, coffee and sugar or sweetener. There was only salt and garlic powder. One day, the water in the shower came out cold. I had to wait half an hour for it to warm up. The only negative thing I can say is that the apartment was dirty. I looked under the bed for a sock and noticed that it was full of dust, hair and lint. The rest of the house (kitchen and bathroom) was fine in terms of cleanliness. Another problem I had was with the address. The street name is incorrect on Google Maps. You have to follow the location that Daniela sends and not the address that appears on Airbnb.

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Excellent experience! Our stay at Rosita's place was simply perfect. From the first moment, we felt right at home. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures, and even nicer in person. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well kept. The location is ideal - close to everything we needed, but quiet enough to rest. Also Rosita and her daughter were very attentive and kind, always willing to help us with any questions. The details did not go unnoticed: They welcomed us with some chocolates and bottle of wine (incredible). We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We'll definitely be back! Thank you for making us feel so welcome. It was a wonderful experience!

Very comfortable apartment, private and the safe environment. Everything was very clean and the person who gave us the reception was very kind.

This place is a Bohemian gem. I has a great view of the Bay from the patio, the neighborhood is full of art and murals and restaurants. Good Internet, hot showers, great views. Potential downsides: has thin walls with the (respectful) neighbors, so I can't recommend it as honeymoon suite. Neighborhood has lots of hills and stairs, so not ideas for the immobile or aging.

It is a beautiful place to disconnect from the routine and take advantage of the connection with nature, local flora and fauna and with your loved ones. It is a very quiet place, with beautiful and affectionate community dogs, tranquility and harmony were breathed. It allows self realization when making the tinaja work and includes games for the kids. Totally recommended

This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.

Great house. Right at the golf course. Easy access to other activities like Padel, Tennis, surf, hiking, horsebackriding, parapente and Barbecue. We loved the house.
