Southern Comfort - Lrg 4/5 BR home - private pool

My place is within 5 minutes from Palmiste park, 10 minutes from Gulf City shopping mall, casinos, food outlets, cinemas and vibrant night life, and within an hour from the capital, Port-of-Spain. You can choose to indulge in any, all or none of these as the spacious, airy feel to the house and the light and ambiance of the surroundings is perfect also for relaxation. Despite the overwhelming requests, and with our apologies, we are unfortunately not set up for single day/night stays.

The Fountain

This older home with quaint charm was built in the 1950's. Much of the original architecture has been retained. The mid-century design and architecture, arched entrance door, wooden ceilings and jalousied closets will appeal to the most discerning taste. As you enter, you would be greeted by a stunning view of the Gulf of Paria. On a clear day, you could see Venezuela. Why not enjoy the private pool with playful mosaics of dolphins and sea horses? Centrally located, it's just 2minutes from the town center, and less than five minutes' drive from the Clifton Hill Beach. In the town center there is local cuisine in the day and street food at night. For the cooks there's a weekly fresh market and multiple supermarkets and fruit stalls.

Giselle is an absolute angel. DO NOT FORGET TO INQUIRE ABOUT A DELICIOUS DISH AS SHE PREPARES MEALS. HER FOOD WAS THE BEST FOOD I HAD ON MY SHORT STAYCATION. SUPER COMFY. FELT RIGHT AT HOME. LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURNING AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE!!!

You will not find a more accommodating and attentive host. The home was everything and more, centrally located in and everything was very accessible. Ms. Margaret really goes out of her way to ensure the guest have anything they need and is more than willing to share her knowledge of local food fair and things to do. This is a 10 out of 10 in my book. this is absolutely recommended

This is our third stay so that says a lot!! Read the amenities so you are not expecting something he doesn’t state he provides. Excellent dish ware, flatware, nice appliances. Loved having a washer and dryer especially. He did provide some extra goodies which we appreciated very much. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower . Nice little cation- very secure and private, safe , quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a convenience store, ATM fruit stand and restaurants . Would recommend!!

We all found Tracy’s place a lovely place to stay, nothing was a problem for our hosts, I doubt that there will be many other homes to rent as nice as this one, we all hope to return again some day, thank you very much indeed from all of us.
