Holiday rentals with a patio in Quinta Normal

It was spectacular, very easy to get to with two subway stations nearby. The building staff are very friendly and helpful and generate a lot of security and tranquility. There are all kinds of stores nearby and home delivery services from all platforms. In addition, the apartment has an all-inclusive heater, a very clean bathroom with enough towels, toilet paper and kitchen towels as well. Very well cleaned. From the balcony you can see part of the Andes, which is snowy at this time, and on the 10th floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Andes and the city

The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

My parents stayed, and they told me that they were very comfortable in the accommodation, the apartment was clean, a safe place. Steps from the subway, and steps from the places they needed to visit on this return to Santiago. Totally recommended!!

Excellent location, a very good view. It is next to a highway and you can hear the noise of traffic, it is the only unpleasant detail. But the price-quality ratio is fantastic

Great place good location in the city. Very close to popular landmarks. Family with baby. Bed was comfortable. Allowed early check in, immaculately clean. The only negative to mention is the road can be heard from the lounge but this didn’t affect our stay at all. 3 adults and a baby

The place is just like in the photos. It had everything you need to be able to have a normal day as if you were at home. At night, a good view, a very comfortable bed, everything was perfectly clean and tidy, the hostess was attentive even at dawn, so a 7, 100% recommended

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

The apartment is impeccable, I felt at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, an air-conditioned environment, and impeccable cleanliness. Accommodation just as seen in the photos! Jessica's service was excellent. We didn't have to bother her during our entire stay because everything was as offered and more! The location is perfect for not using the car and walking to the mall or green spaces. He allowed us to check out a little later, which we also really appreciate! I would definitely come back!
