Our stay at this spacious home in Rio was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for us to relax. The host was an excellent communicator—always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A huge plus was the flexibility with check-out. That level of hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Rio!

We had an excellent vacation in this beautiful apartment. It's so nice that you don't want to leave the apartment. Much nicer than in the photos. The balcony is very comfortable and has an unbeatable view. Carmen was very kind. We will definitely come back. I recommend them 100%, to the whole community.

Beautiful apartment, wooden floors, double glass windows, laundry, complete kitchen… but above all: amazing beach front view over Copacabana. Copacabana is the heart of Rio… there is always something going on. Amazing.

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and, of course, we will stay here again. We recommend it!

The apartment is perfect for resting. Full kitchen, with washing machine and an impeccable view! Easy access to the beach and indoor pool. Pedro is very friendly and made himself available all the time. I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment — it truly felt like home from the very beginning. As a family of three with a young child, we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully designed place to stay in Rio. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely well-organized. Everything worked perfectly, from the appliances to the lighting and the air conditioning. It had a calm, cozy vibe that made it easy to settle in and feel relaxed right away. Our child also felt completely at ease, which made the whole experience even better. We made wonderful memories here as a family and felt so lucky to have such a lovely, welcoming space to return to each day. Without a doubt, we’ll be back as soon as we return to Rio. Had a great experience hosting. The place is amazing, cozy and very well located. Several restaurant options, close to the beach and several transportation options. Rodrigo proved to be an excellent host, with easy communication and very helpful. It would certainly stay at your place when you return to Rio.

Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

The location is excellent. The architecture is beautiful. The furniture has good taste and the overall feeling of the neighborhood is a 10/10. Matheus is also a great host. He was very responsive and allowed me to do a late check-out, which was greatly appreciates. as my flight was leaving as 9 pm. 100% recommended.

We go to Rio every year to watch volleyball games, and this time we stayed in this apartment with a group of 12 friends. We were extremely satisfied — the space accommodated everyone comfortably and, to be quite honest, exceeded all expectations! The photos do not do justice to the size of the apartment. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped. A special highlight is the breakfast prepared by Sávio — simply amazing! We felt truly welcomed throughout the stay. The location is also excellent: it is literally one block from the beach, just cross a gallery to get to the waterfront. In addition, next to the building there is an excellent free buffet. The nearest subway station is about 6 to 8 minutes' walk away. The only point of attention was the cleaning of the ceiling fans, which were a little dusty. When they were turned on, a little dust fell. Despite this, it did not hinder our experience at all.

Great apartment, very well equipped with everything you need and also very clean. The location is excellent, close to beach and several bars! Victor a great host, before the check in even provided a list of great bars and restaurants to visit!

Everything is very clean and organized, close to the market, pharmacy, convenience store and one block from the sea... very well located! Kite and polite staff. Very well-equipped apartment.
