A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

Eu amei a minha estadia, foi um fim de semana incrível e eu não vejo a hora de retornar. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, a vista é ainda melhor! Comércios ao lado da casa, lanchonetes,eu particularmente pedi no ifood que também entrega. A minha comunicação com Maria Fernanda foi ótima, respondia rápido e não tive nenhum problemas!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were a group, and from the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The house is beautiful spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable perfect for groups looking to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort. Marcia and Andréia were both amazing throughout our time there. Always available, kind, and attentive, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt at home. A very special thank you to Andréia, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her kindness, helpfulness, and warm energy truly made a difference. Notre séjour était parfait meme si l appréhension était présente au début mais Jean Christophe de par son accueil sa disponibilité a su nous rassurer Excellente petite maison et très belle expérience dans cette jolie favéla certes pour atteindre ce petit cocon il faut transpirer mais ça valait le coup Merci à Jean Christophe et on vous souhaite que du bonheur Nous recommandons ce logement

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

Minha estadia foi simplesmente perfeita! A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, muito cheirosa e ainda melhor do que nas fotos, me surpreendeu positivamente logo na chegada. O ambiente é super acolhedor, com tudo muito bem cuidado, o que fez toda a diferença para eu me sentir à vontade e relaxada. Durante toda a hospedagem ele nos consultou sobre eventuais necessidades ou dúvidas e tudo correu muito bem. O seu apartamento é muito completo e confortável e tem um diferencial em se tratando de Rio de Janeiro: todos os ambientes (sala, cozinha, banheiro, quarto e sacada) são amplos e confortáveis, nada é apertado. A localização é perfeita, no coração do Leblon. Voltaremos a nos hospedar lá certamente.

Leandro is the nicest kindest host and the apartment is huge and spotless, in an amazing location with amazing views of the beach, steps from restaurants and a great supermarket, and really safe. the apt has every amenity you could think of, and has hundreds of interesting books and great pieces of art. in short, this is one of THE best apartments I have ever stayed at and if you book anywhere else in Rio you are missing out. did I mention that Leandro answered all of my questions right away and was incredibly helpful. a dream host. I know I might sound like a paid PR but I am just an incredibly happy grateful guest.

Apartamento fantástico ! se encuentra ubicado en un condominio con portero 24h y zonas comunes muy agradables (terraza, piscina...) Está en la misma playa de Copacabana pero es un piso tranquilo e insonorizado. Antes de la llegada Marcos detalla muy bien las instrucciones del apartamento y me envió muchas sugerencias de actividades para hacer y restaurantes. TOP

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

O apartamento é exatamente como na descrição, além de estar super limpo, organizado e com todos os utensílios básicos para a estadia (roupa de capa, de banho, utensílios de cozinha, etc - todos de boa qualidade e limpos). Adriana foi super solícita durante todo o tempo, respondendo às nossas dúvidas e sendo flexível no nosso check-out. Tivemos um pequeno problema com um vazamento (coisa normal, e que não afetou em nada nossa experiência positiva) e ela nos ajudou com prontidão. Recomendo muito o apartamento e a host, e espero poder voltar outras vezes.

wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, haben die Lage genossen und und vor allem abends nach dem Zurückkommen die schöne Terrasse. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden es ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Apto novo, limpo, organizado, super equipado e silencioso. Ótima localização para pontos turísticos centrais e região hospitalar. Bruna sempre foi muito solicita, atenciosa e resolutiva. Super indico e voltarei quando necessário. Grato!

El departamento de Teresa es muy amplio, lindo e impecable. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas lindas vacaciones, está perfectamente equipado para poder cocinar. La ubicación es ideal, no sólo por estar cerca de la playa sino porque es el barrio más lindo de Rio de Janeiro. Teresa fue muy amable con nosotros siempre, atenta a lo que necesitábamos para nuestra estadía.

Flat em excelente localização, com acesso fácil ao metrô, serviços e lazer. Limpo e funcional, o apartamento tem tamanho ideal para famílias com filhos. A anfitriã foi extremamente gentil e ágil ao responder dúvidas. Ótima opção de hospedagem!

Foi simplesmente ótimo! A estadia superou minhas expectativas. O apartamento é super equipado, reformado, com banheiros novinhos e água bem quentinha. A cama é enorme e super confortável, me senti em casa! Além disso, a localização é perfeita, com vários restaurantes, mercados, padarias por perto e fácil acesso para todos os pontos do Rio.
