Selvabella in Chianti B&B. Lo Scricciolo Suite

A tower with an independent entrance through a private loggia offering panoramic views. On the first floor, there is a living room and a small pantry area (it is not a full kitchen) to store food and prepare a light meal or coffee. Climbing one flight of stairs leads to the second floor, which features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Attached to the bedroom is the shower cabin and bathroom. Note that there are also three flights of stairs from the parking area to the accommodation.

The Loggia

Country house located in Radda, the heart of the Chianti, within walking distance from the historical center and other services such as; Coffee shops, Post Office,grocery stores and restaurants. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

The 700 years old Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by our working vineyard and lovingly maintained gardens, is located in Chianti in Tuscany which is one of the most beautiful regions of Italy. Our guesthouse is located in one of the original garden pavilions of the villa. Panzano is famous for its wines: Chianti Classico and Super Tuscan. There are 22 farms a few kilometers away that offer visits to the cellars and tastings of their wines and oil. The apartment is a short walk from the Coop Supermarket, Pharmacy and town center.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
