A tiny (28 m2) home accommodation near Tallinn

We are happy to offer home accomodation - our tiny guesthouse (28m2) with a big patio for rent to 2 adults + one kid. Pets are welcome as well! The house is suitable for them who like to spend a night in a village near forest, to hear the birds singing and have a BBQ in the evenings instead of living in a hotel room. NB! This is a home accommodation and the place is not suitable for parties and is not suitable for person, who is looking for more privacy because on the property are 2 houses.

Meie korter asub Tallinna kesklinnas, 15. minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusel vanalinnast, 3. minuti kaugusel asub Stockmanni kaubamaja ning kohe üle tee asub suur Politseipark koos mänguväljakutega lastele. Korter on läbi maja, hiljuti renoveeritud, valgusküllane ja avar ning täielikult varustatud köögiga. Meie majutuskoht on hea nii paaridele kui ka lastega peredele. Magamistubasid on kokku neli, milles igaühes on kaheinimesevoodi ning lisaks on elutoas diivan. Lisaks tasuta parkimine hoovis!

The house is the closest vacation home to the old town of Tallinn. In just 20 minutes train will get you to the hart of Tallinn. Guests can enjoy the historical Tallinn in the day time and sauna and grilling in the house at night. The house has big yard for children to play around, big balacony to take sun and Pirita river just next to the house for swimming. Guests love the most going to sauna, swimming and grillling. For children we have some toys, playstation, board games and more.

My apartment is located in a lovely area called Kadriorg. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one spacious living room with open kitchen, fireplace. Bathroom has a shower, jacuzzi and a sauna, accomplished with a little chill out area. Apartment is located close to the Kadriorg park, tram stop, bus stops, grocery store, cafes - everything just 5 min walk away ! Apartment is suitable for 4 people, hosting 2 in the main bedroom, one in the smaller bedroom and 1 on the specious sofa.

Entire house for rent. This small summer holiday house has been renovated and situated a beautiful nature in Luige, 3 km from Tallinn and 15 km from Tallinn Old Town. In house is small kitchen corner, living room, Finnish wooden sauna , shower, toilet and patio for private use. The floors are made of natural wood. Parking is safely in the closed yard. Please let me know your arrival time. In my space you can rest well, here is silent and fresh air.

Location in city center and 10 minutes walking distance to old town. Very easily accessible to everywhere in Tallinn. Next to the nicest park in Tallinn so it is very quiet area but from walking distance from the main attractions of the city. Neighborhood is very peaceful. Grocery store is 3minutes walking distance, local fresh food market is 2min walking distance.
