Great property, great host, and wonderful stay! The property is spacious, well appointed, very clean and fresh, and a retreat away from home! We really enjoyed our stay with 3 adults and 6 kids at the property. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the fireplace with the wood provided, and even the chickens. As we have chickens at home that just added to the appeal. This location worked really well for hitting the glowworms and Hobbiton!

Great spot and nice and warm

Rachael was an exceptional host. We were in town for a family bereavement which Rachael picked up on and had flowers waiting for us upon arrival with a touching note. The home was just fabulous to come back to and relax. I made an error in booking, getting the dates wrong. Rachael was so understanding and went the extra mile to refund a nights accommodation and followed up to make sure we found a place for the second night. The kind gestures from Rachael were so appreciated by our family.

Perfect location. My family had a wonderful stay. Very modern home, very organised and great amenities. Very easy and lovely place to stay when visiting Cambridge.

We absolutely loved our stay. Nathan was incredibly welcoming and allowed us to use his place for our small wedding ceremony. It was the most amazing day and we really enjoyed our entire stay. Thanks again Nathan!! We will always remember this beautiful space that we held our special day at. ☺️

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful property. Such a great layout. We loved the courtyard, pool and gardens. Such a warm homely feel.

Loved this treehouse of home!

I'll start with the problems, most of which are to do with 7 70 year olds booking and staying for 3 days. Had problems with the website, all mine, until I rang Doug. It was easy from there. The cost was a little over 100 per person per day. We all greed that that was cheap, especially considering the facilities. We had a bedroom each and the dining table for 8 easily seated 10. It's a big place and the dust can get in downstairs if doors are left open. The kitchen was clean and tidy rather than pristine and that was the pattern for the rest of the stay. I went from doubtful to "I'd recommend this place". Thanks again, Douglas

Gorgeous views.  Convenient location. And spotless!   Phil’s place is simply fantastic.  The waterfront home looks out to the Opotoru River estuary, which is an intertidal/coast plain estuary. There is an abundance of birdlife to observe. There is a pleasant walking trail along the bay, accessible from the backyard. My daughter and I were lucky to have a clear night with a new moon.  Even with some ambient light, we could see the Milky Way and the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) with naked eyes from the comfort of lounge chairs on the deck.  To describe it a starry night would be an understatement. The place located conveniently between Raglan and the surfing spot at Ngarunui Beach. This is a new house in a new development.  It’s a thoughtfully designed, comfortable home with simple but beautiful spaces facilitating indoor/outdoor living.  The host was very accommodating, prompt, and clear in communication.

Lovely new build, quiet safe neighbourhood, nice views, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Very responsive and accommodating host. Definitely recommend.

This was an absolutely great stay — a perfect space to come and relax after a hard day. The location is ideal: close to town, yet peaceful and quiet. The service was impeccable; any question I had was answered immediately. I would definitely recommend this place — it's great value for money. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great stay at Eli's place. Driveway was a bit tricky so I would say just use the Rose place access then no problem at all. Cottage had everything we needed. Thanks for having us.

This house was nice and cute—a great choice for dog-friendly accommodation with my family. The people in Raglan were very friendly. However, there was one slightly ironic aspect about the rubbish. While I paid for both the stay and cleaning, we were required to take all our rubbish with us and dispose of it 10 km out of town. I understand the need to keep the place tidy, but I think some customers might find this a bit inconvenient. That said, it was still a good spot for a family trip.

Josie and Rob's place was beyond perfect for a Birthday weekend getaway of 6 adults. Every amenity you could think of, they had; the house was so comfortable in so many aspects. Not to mention the location, which was close enough to town and walkable to St Kilda cafes, but still in the peaceful countryside of Cambridge. Couldn't fault Josie and Rob too, their communication and helpfulness were unmatched. We are already dreaming of coming back.

Amazing location not too far from town and close to the beaches. House is well equipped with the outdoor setting and the fireplace. Would happily recommend this home to others!

Absolutely beautiful sea view spot for my sisters and me to gather! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the location. The feel of the home was so relaxing—the perfect escape we were looking for. A special mention must go to the top-quality linens on the beds, which added an extra touch of comfort and luxury. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

Wonderful spot perfect for extended family / larger group. Beautiful deck for mornings and evenings, and lovely to enjoy the spa at the end of a big day of activities. Loved enjoying the fresh chilli’s and herbs growing outside! Clearly lots of attention has been put into making this a homely place to stay. Super communicative and accomodating to our groups needs. Definitely recommend!

Sisters’ Sanctuary is every bit as luxe as the photos depict. Architecturally stunning, the home boasts gorgeous interior design, attention to detail, and with premium linen, bedding and sundries made for a stay that felt like an escape away from it all. Private and tranquil, the home cleverly maximises glorious morning sun, afternoon rays and in the evening magically transforms to become a snug and cosy space . Wonderful stay in Raglan. Very responsive and friendly host, with easy and prompt communication. Air bnb is 5 min drive or 30min walk via the beach into town. View of the beach was lovely - easily spent an afternoon on the balcony watching the fisherman, kite surfers and boats on the beach. Quiet Surroundings and the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Thank you for our stay☺️
