Stunning property, the house and pool were incredible. Loved the peacefulness of the property and the surrounding amenities….. it felt like home!!!

This BnB is in contention for my FAVORITE stay of all time. Family of 6 adults and 1 child had more than enough space, and Jeanne really made our stay effortless. We felt right at home and we didn't have to make that last minute trip to the store you sometimes have to make bc the host skimped on providing toilet paper or dish soap, because she honestly thought of EVERYTHING ❤️ My granddaughter loved the pool and dips in the hot tub after swimsmade the adults happy. The location and view are to die for, and the two pups were ecstatic playing in the large fenced area. We spent a lot of time outside, plenty of furniture, fire pit, just eating dinner on the deck. (Missing NOTHING in the kitchen either!) Our last night we spent sitting and talking on the deck trying to identify the multitude of frog voices from the pond, before we parted ways to our various home states. I am most grateful for memories made and we are definitely considering a repeat! ❤️Thank you!

Beautiful home and very clean!! Fully stocked kitchen, nice linens and beds. Convenient to all attractions and Abigail is very accommodating and kind! Horses came to greet us most times in early morning and evenings which was a nice treat. Also can see the Amish horse and buggies from the house. This awesome home is located on a main highway so if a light sleeper make sure to bring a sound machine or fan. We did fine and would book with Abigail again!

We had a fabulous time at Megan's place! The heated pool allowed for us to still enjoy the pool despite some rainy and cooler weather. The rock waterfall into the pool was a unique feature and the surrounding area was private and scenic. The wrap porch with a view of the creek and meadow was also a highlight- especially the fireflies at night! There was plenty of kitchen table space for us and our 3 young kids, where we enjoyed the nature views. We even enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fire pot and swinging on the rocking swing. We hope to come back again another time!

We LOVED everything about this place. It was such a short drive into our favorite part of town. Beautiful to wake up in the morning and have coffee on the front porch. We stayed on a hot weekend so having the pool was fantastic. My girls loved being able to swim in between exploring Gettysburg. And my two year old especially loved getting to talk about the cows. Our best Gettysburg stay yet!

Dana’s home was absolutely beautiful. Not only were they super accommodating, the home itself is beautiful and the history it holds is something to treasure! A very memorable stay- highly recommended for anyone in the area! My son was in awe of their farm animals!

My family and I spent Memorial Day weekend in this beautiful home. It was very spacious and very clean. It had every amenity you could possibly want. It had a beautiful family room area and plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The pool was absolutely beautiful, but too cold for us to use at this time. The yard was completely fenced and very private. We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We hope to stay again soon!

Duane and Matt were absolutely wonderful hosts! They helped make our quick weekend getaway truly unforgettable. Every amenity at the property was thoughtfully provided, and our daughters enjoyed every bit of it. Even while traveling internationally, Duane remained incredibly attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. One of the highlights for our girls was getting to meet a baby sheep—such a thoughtful and special touch! They were especially taken with little Pinky Pie and are still talking about her. Thank you again, Duane, for sharing your beautiful property and creating such a memorable experience for our family!

We were only in the area for a couple of days for a funeral. Joshua's place was a perfect place to come back to at the end of a long day. It was peaceful and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and Joshua was very pleasant to communicate with. overall we were extremely pleased with our stay.

This listing was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and very organized. The area was quiet and beautiful. Neighbors in the area very nice. They offered all the basic and necessary amenities needed and more. Our overall experience was GREAT and we definitely would rent this location again.

We continue to go back to this house because it’s impeccable, the hosts are super friendly, and it is where we come for peace and quiet! I can’t say enough about this house. It’s got a great homey feeling and has everything we need for a fantastic getaway.

We stayed at Elmer’s place for only one night. But it was definitely worth it and will be coming back for a longer period of time next time. We haven’t had the chance to use the firepit since it was raining. However, all the other amenities were well-kept and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Elmer is very nice and responsive host. We visited one of the restaurants she recommended (Agapē), everything was so delicious. I’d definitely recommend this place for a getaway.

My wife and I had the best experience at this guest house. Lisa is an amazing host. Lisa blessed us with fresh eggs in the fridge from the farm. Lisa also had fresh milk, yogurts, apple cider, granola, and homemade cakes for us. The guest house and the whole property will take you back in time. The guest house was squeaky clean from top to bottom and had the perfect amenities for out stay. If you are on the fence between renting this property or another property in the area, rent this property for your vacation. You will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic property, fantastic hosts. A+. So many amenities, nothing was overlooked. Very clean and orderly. Loved the layout. Screened in porch was perfect, patio, hot tub, use of kayaks, freshly baked bread, entire interior was awesome. I’m telling you, nothing was overlooked in making our stay so memorable. Thinking about booking? Do it now. You won’t regret it. This can’t be beat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jennifer & Robb’s Airbnb in Hanover. You know when you walk into a space and just FEEL that “we made a great choice” vibe? That was us!! Located in a charming, quiet neighborhood, we appreciated the thoughtful touches, the attention to details, and the tastefully decorated spaces that provided the perfect place for us to relax at the end of each day. Jenn & Robb’s Hanover Airbnb is SPOTLESS, has excellent WiFi (husband was able to focus on graduate work each day), a true spa-like shower, and an amazingly comfortable bed. We could’ve easily stayed longer. Stay here if you plan to visit the area. We were here solely to explore Gettysburg and to spend a day at West Point. There’s a lot more to do, and Jenn & Robb will offer plenty of suggestions if you need.

An incredibly well maintained home from the 1700’s in an idyllic country location yet still close enough to town for DoorDash / instacart. Best of both worlds. The catch and release pond and stream were highlights for our kids that will have us staying again anytime we visit family in the area. Window AC units work great and Keurig coffee and shower supplies are greatly appreciated. S’mores supplies for fire pit a lovely added bonus. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back

We had a wonderful stay at Bird in Hand. The house was wonderful - beautifully decorated, clean and modern bathrooms, cozy beds and beautiful surroundings. It is located right on the Main Street so there is a good bit of traffic noice but the location is so central for everything we did - that this was a worthwhile trade off. Hope to come back again!

We had a wonderful and very peaceful time - very relaxing location, with a babbling brook on the other side of the street (very soothing). The house was immaculate and the hot tub a great extra after a long day! Hope to visit again in the future! Thank You so much!

House was sooo beautiful and pristine! It had everything one needs for their family! Backyard was so peaceful. Location was great in terms of being central and having so much to do close by. Would love to stay again soon!

Marlena was a fantastic host from the start. I reached out to inquire about a few things inside and around the house. She was immediately responsive and helpful which led me to ultimately decide to stay here. I am so glad that we did! The home was so peaceful and serene with the surrounding fields, horse barns, creek out back, relaxing front and side porch areas…The inside was perfect for our party of 9. The space never felt cramped for us and we had enough beds to all sleep soundly. The feedback that I got from my entire family, aged 15-80 in our party, was 5 ⭐️ across the board!! We all wish we could’ve stayed another couple of days to do nothing else but stay and enjoy this home. Our last night we played games that Marlena provides onsite and sat outside on a perfect evening with a fire and starry sky! Perfect weekend, lovely home, and fantastic host!!

I loved the house and Steph check in on us to make sure everything was good. The house was very clean and easy to find. she even went out of her way and had fresh cut flowers on the table. They where amazing. Thank you Steph for letting us stay there it was amazing. And when we come back we will see if this place is available again.

The house and property is absolutely stunning! HUGE. The pool was perfect. There was a hot tub and it was amazing on night 1, the next day it would not heat up but Chris was very responsive even while he himself was attending a wedding. The bedrooms were huge and clean, the bedding so comfortable. Bathrooms spotless. We didn’t even get to use the entire house because it was so large. We spent most of our time outside on the screened in deck which was also PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. I would love to stay here again. Thank you Chris for everything! We appreciate you.. we didn’t get to use the fire pit but the set up was so beautiful and the game room was an added bonus.
