Surrounded by native bush and wildlife you get to experience the real Maggie just 1.5km from the ferry terminal and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. The house opens up to the kitchen, dining and lounge room, and then out to a huge back patio with views down to the river, park and playground. Outdoor furniture and bbque are provided. The kitchen has everything required. There is a flat screen television and DVD player in the lounge room. All of this area is air conditioned. Laundry has a top load washing machine. A great relaxing house with tranquil surroundings and abundant wildlife.
