Beautiful 2 bedroom duplex apartment 80 m2 composed of a living room and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher overlooking a beautiful covered terrace of 18 m2. Water autonomy (tank). The first bedroom upstairs is air-conditioned, equipped with a double bed (180 x 190), bathroom and toilet. The second bedroom is air-conditioned, with 2 single beds (90 x 190), shower room and toilet. Linens (beds made), dish towels, towels provided. Quiet, secure residence with pool. Cleaning fee of €100 to be paid on arrival.

An outdoor terrace features a spacious dining table with four chairs and a cozy seating area with cushions. Large glass doors provide a view of the surrounding greenery, while ceiling fans and natural light enhance the relaxed atmosphere.

I would be delighted to treat you to breakfast for two on a day of your choice at the beachside restaurant, Ti Coco. The Suite is located in the heart of the Anse des Rochers residence, on the 2nd (top) floor of Le Flamboyant, overlooking the palm grove, between the pool and the beach.
